I’m not sure wig I missed the 5 forces somehow? Are these the 4 quadrants or something completely different? My offer is designed to address their past failures that keep them from being able to accomplish what they want. My offer meets this head on by showing them by doing less they will accomplish more and their growing to do list is actually working against them.
