This poll has been a good little reminder in my brain if I want to press snooze one more time or open up instagram past my limit or something similar...I just think "Did I keep my promises to myself today?" and I want to answer YES! It's becoming a good mantra. Keep my promises!

Thank you ladies for all of it so far! I’ve been enjoying the conversations thoroughly and loving having something in my day to anchor my “me time”. Even though fitness has always been a part of my life and I’ve always considered it my time for me, sometimes the time I carve out for exercise still feels like something to check off the to-do list, and actually something that stresses me out when I’m crunched for time, so I don’t always feel super connected to myself like I’d like to. On the contrary, having a podcast to listen to and choosing an audio from the activation station or following a dance or breathing videos…these are manageable enough time-wise to not feel stressed about, and they’re so obviously purposefully a time to pause, connect, and reflect that it just feels different. It’s so intentional and I love having that!

Dance!
Just tried the feminine dance class and really liked it! Helped light some fire and bring some needed energy! Looking forward to coming back to it again đź’— Would love to see a virtual live feminine dance class option if there was enough interest as well!

Just tried it and loved it! So fun! My only problem is I was planning to go to bed right after but now I'm so energized haha I guess I'll have to do some of the other more calming videos now
