Daily Wins 🚀
For all new members: We are doing a daily commitment check, where you choose to stay committed to something you would like to do but have been procrastinating on for any reason. It helps you hold yourself accountable and also inspires others to do the same. This community will help you grow if you are willing to grow. Each day, when you finish your activity, copy the sentence below to track your progress, briefly share what you did, and receive feedback if you’d like: Sentence: Date: ____ ✅ Done — (Briefly describe what you completed. You can also share links or anything related to your work if you’d like feedback.) Example: Activity: Spend 20 minutes brainstorming ideas for my 5-year vision ✅ Done Remember, keep it simple. What matters is consistency, not how much you do.

Currently on hour 27 in a 207hour fast.
I just so happened to start this fast right as a video about 4 celestial bodies aligning popped up. During this fast, I’ll be strategically using salt water, short full-body HIT sessions, and another protocol I’ll leave unnamed. The goal is to lose some fat, clear out stubborn inflammation, and see what happens. The longest fast I’ve ever completed before this was 90 hours, and I haven’t done another one since that attempt more than 18months ago. That relatively short fast, combined with the other protocols I was experimenting with at the time, seemed to temporarily change the way I perceived things. I felt more sensitive to the energies around me. For example, I found myself reacting consistently to changes in the Schumann resonance, and I also became drawn to certain YouTube readers who claimed to interpret people’s situations through cards and similar methods. What unsettled me was how accurate some of those readings empirically were. They would describe situations that seemed oddly specific to my life despite having no direct knowledge of me. Looking back, maybe it wasn’t that they were somehow connecting to me personally. Maybe I was connecting to a collective field out there. Whatever the explanation, at the time it genuinely felt as if I were being watched. That’s what both excites and scares me now. This time, I’m not aiming for 90 hours. I’m aiming for 200. If a 90-hour fast was enough to permanently reduce the amount of food I ate for the next six months and leave a lasting impression on my energetic perception for over a year, then what might 200 hours do?? I don’t know. On top of that, I’ll be exclusively drinking reverse osmosis water from my local supermarket this time, so hopefully those birth control chemicals and other random BS aren’t in my water unlike my last attempt. Part of the reason I’m posting this is accountability. Putting it into words makes it harder to quit when things get uncomfortable. But if I make it through, I’ll also share some of the stranger observations and personal discoveries I’ve made along the way.
@Kazuaki Doi i m not into this theme of fasting (from my esperience with weight when im not echilibrate, my weight fluctuate) Beautiful vacation 🌞
Distraction and procrastination
Hi everyone, I've been a member for a few months yet I've procrastinated signing in and doing the work. I'm aware I've been distracting myself since my nervous system went into a state of fight or flight back in January after dealing with 3 suicides and 4 other deaths of family and friends. I've just returned back from a 2 week holiday in Turkey where I've been able to do a lot of reflection and let things go. Its nice to have this opportunity to speak with likeminded people. I've been on a spiritual path alone since 2012 yet I've never felt lonely. Sorry for not connecting sooner I hope you all have a amazing day going into this weekend...
I procrastinate and distract myself too with the lessons and not only ..atleast one a day, than forget .. i have to work with the consistancy and the 48 hours rule. 🌞

Sunday Reflection & Intention Setting
Let’s take a moment to reflect on this past week — what happened, what you learned, and how you want to move forward. 1️⃣ Breakthrough: What shifted for you this week? 2️⃣ Lesson: What did you learn about yourself? 3️⃣ Intention: Who are you choosing to be next week? Remember, it’s not about how much you did. It’s about whether you stayed aligned with your intention and didn’t betray your vision. This work doesn’t need to be perfect. It needs to be honest. Notice your progress. Set your intention. Move forward consciously. I’m proud of all of us. 💚 ———————————————————————— Here are few examples: If you need inspiration, here are simple examples: 1️⃣ Breakthrough:• I paused instead of reacting.• I had an honest conversation I was avoiding.• I showed up even when I didn’t feel motivated.• I chose rest without guilt. 2️⃣ Lesson:• I learned that I still seek validation under pressure.• I learned that I’m more resilient than I thought.• I realized I need clearer boundaries.• I saw that discipline actually gives me peace. 3️⃣ Intention (Identity):• I choose to be someone who trusts themselves.• I choose to be emotionally steady.• I choose to be disciplined even when it’s uncomfortable.• I choose to move with clarity instead of urgency.• I choose to respect my own vision.

@Michael Wack beautiful, keep practice it !🌞
Resume of my week ✴Breakthrough -thinking about having a project or something even for hobby and improving my mood, being active in something for starting because this starting fase is a litle silenced and i wanna trick it a litle bit to normalise a litle this fact. ✴Lesson - i learn that is a litle hard to think under presure taking decisions people pleaser sometimes and if the situation get dangerous (mind imagine to be' a future danger like what in some few seconda can happen)i overreact like it hapend already ,sometimes (today i shut a scream because a cat was ariving at my Artua' (bunny) back and i already imagined the worse and i screamed like never in my life was so loud and metal that i was wandering :"what was that"didnt sound like me). ✴Intention -finding my higher points from where to act and gain resilience and acceptance about my lower points and be'ing in a circle of people who valorise the good ones and the others are accepted like part of unicity like the background needed for the good ones to arise.(that came to me as a result of diferent thoughts and my will of being connected ,after a meditation and a asking after it (after the screaming i did an unblock stored emotion (mixt fear, anger and pain came to be' released). 💗
