Dreams across generations
Hi community! I felt this would be a good place to discuss what im about to share, and maybe seek input on how to heal and dissolve it. I have dreams where I am in a dangerous situation and I am screaming for help. Last night I was escaping this person who was looking for me in a sinister way, like hunting me down. I would hide from him but one day he saw me and tried to open the door. I was trying to scream for help. There was a little girl there but only saw the back of her head. When I was screaming, no sound came out of my body like my voice had been taken away. Then halfway between sleep and conciousness I start asking for help and then I can hear my voice. Its not always this scenario, but the theme is the same. Trying to scream for help in a dangerous scenario and voice being suppressed. Once I wake up, I feel relieved. I find it interesting that my mom has these types of dreams too and found out one of my mom's cousins also has these types of dreams. It tells me its something on the maternal side carried down through the family line. Any thoughts on how to heal this? Or where it could come from? Maybe it was a real scenario at some point in the lineage, or suppression..? But thats not as important as healing it so my future kids dont get this.. idk but very interesting

Thank you for sharing, Ishita! A long time ago I had a similar dream repeating frequently, just a bit different scenario. What you explained is very common just as mine was. In my dream, something or someone was chasing me but I couldn’t move fast, I couldn’t escape, I couldn’t scream and just when it would catch me, I would wake up… Feeling relieved. And as you said l, my mother had the same dream frequently. Dreams are symbolic, not literal. Our subconscious is messaging through it a need for some kind of release or expression. For me, it was my need for freedom and using my voice. After I started painting and making videos, I never experienced that dream again. For your dream, what I feel, the dream seems to be focused deeply on your voice. (But see what resonates, because it’s completely personal) Being hunted may represent feeling pressured by something you haven't fully faced yet, while trying to scream but no sound coming out may be about being unable to express your truth, ask for support, or fully stand in your power. The little girl may symbolize your inner child, the part of you that witnessed this pattern but couldn't change it at some time in your childhood, feeling powerless at that time. The relief you feel upon waking is a sign that your psyche is gradually processing it. Rather than taking the dream literally, I'd see it as an invitation to reclaim your voice, express what has been held back, and create safety within yourself, as you also mention frequently. It shows that you are already in the process of healing. Connect with your inner child and find out (if you can) when your voice was suppressed and know that it doesn’t need to stay like that anymore. And explore, where you could express yourself more and even show your power. Dreams often exaggerate emotions to reveal what is ready to be healed. I hope this helps. 🙏🏻

You can also share links or anything related to your work if you’d like feedback.) Example: Activity: Spend 20 minutes brainstorming ideas for my 5-year vision ✅ Done Remember, keep it simple. What matters is consistency, not how much you do.

July 16, Morning meditation ✅ Reading ✅ Workflow / Service ✅ Strength workout ✅ Recorded and published lessons 11 and 12 for module 3 ✅ Written down new goals and a brief action plan for my new projects, which are for now still in the air. And made the first move today by contacting a person for a meeting. ✅ When it comes to setting goals, you can know they are big enough when they scare you, and excite you at the same time. How you will accomplish them doesn’t need to feel logical, but make sure you define a clear action plan for what you know you can do.
New Moon in Cancer — 2 Things To Do Today
Today's New Moon in Cancer is the most emotionally powerful lunation of the year. The moon is in its home sign, its manifesting energy is at its peak, and Mercury retrograde is pulling the past to the surface. Here is how to use it. 1. WRITE DOWN WHAT YOU ARE RETURNING TO Not something new. Something you once wanted and let go of too early. Mercury retrograde surfaces the past on purpose, and this New Moon plants seeds that last. Write it down with feeling. That is what makes it real. 2. DO ONE THING THAT MAKES YOU FEEL SAFE Cancer rules emotional security. You attract from your inner state, not from striving. Cook something nourishing, call someone who loves you, or simply slow down. Raising your sense of safety today is the most powerful intention you can set. It’s also a great time to cultivate your relationship with Divine.

Sunday Reflection & Intention Setting
Let’s take a moment to reflect on this past week — what happened, what you learned, and how you want to move forward. 1️⃣ Breakthrough: What shifted for you this week? 2️⃣ Lesson: What did you learn about yourself? 3️⃣ Intention: Who are you choosing to be next week? Remember, it’s not about how much you did. It’s about whether you stayed aligned with your intention and didn’t betray your vision. This work doesn’t need to be perfect. It needs to be honest. Notice your progress. Set your intention. Move forward consciously. I’m proud of all of us. 💚 ———————————————————————— Here are few examples: If you need inspiration, here are simple examples: 1️⃣ Breakthrough:• I paused instead of reacting.• I had an honest conversation I was avoiding.• I showed up even when I didn’t feel motivated.• I chose rest without guilt. 2️⃣ Lesson:• I learned that I still seek validation under pressure.• I learned that I’m more resilient than I thought.• I realized I need clearer boundaries.• I saw that discipline actually gives me peace. 3️⃣ Intention (Identity):• I choose to be someone who trusts themselves.• I choose to be emotionally steady.• I choose to be disciplined even when it’s uncomfortable.• I choose to move with clarity instead of urgency.• I choose to respect my own vision.

For a long time, I’ve been feeling that a long, big cycle is ending in my life, and I'm at a point of turning and new beginnings. Has anyone else been feeling like that too? That doesn't mean I’m leaving you, though. 🙂 I just feel a need for some new adventure, new projects, new relationships, new beginnings. And that's also what I'm contemplating on a lot. This is my personal reflection of this current time. In case you've been feeling it too, don't be held back by creating a new dream, a new action plan, new decisions and a new life for you. When a need for change calls, you need to respond. But if clarity is not there yet, don't force it. Much love to everyone. 💚

1️⃣ Breakthrough: What shifted for you this week? One situation that showed up as an unexpected breakdown, which also created some unexpected expenses, turned out to be a very positive thing later. It introduced me to a person I'm very happy I met, and in the end, the expenses were lower than I thought. It also showed me that everything is always taken care of if I ask for help, the best help will show up. Always. It showed me once again that whatever I still unconsciously perceive as a threat is actually alignment disguised as a challenge. Another fear came to light and gave me an opportunity to reframe unexpected events. More I trust, that it's all part of Divine plan, more I am patient with events that are unfolding and trust that it will all turn out well. And then of course, it does eventually. 🙏🏻 2️⃣ Lesson: What did you learn about yourself? I am in perfect timing all the time. There is no need to rush, no need to worry, and no need to fear. Everything unfolds according to the perfect clock, and I simply need to play my part in the bigger picture. 3️⃣ Intention: Who are you choosing to be next week? Relaxed, playful, creative, and productive with my current ideas.
Quick Update 💫
Hey everyone, I wanted to give you a quick update. I'll be taking a break from hosting live calls for a little while. Over the past months, I've been reflecting on the direction of this community and how I can create the most value for everyone here. I want to take some time to listen, reflect, and be intentional about what comes next. With that in mind, I'd love to hear from you: • What have you found most valuable in this community so far? • What content, resources, or support would you like to see more of? • If we continue live calls in the future, what topics or formats would be most helpful to you? Your feedback genuinely matters and will help shape the next chapter of this community. Thank you for being here and for being part of this journey. 💚

@Lily Flores Thank you, Lily. ❤️ And thank you for sharing that so honestly. There's absolutely no pressure to speak during the calls, you're just as much a part of the community by being there. Keep going at your own pace.

Thank you all so much for your thoughtful feedback. I've read every comment, and I truly appreciate you taking the time to share your ideas and experiences. It means a lot to me. I also wanted to share why I decided to take a break from the live calls. Over the past months, I realized I wanted to simplify my life a little and do less. My work has always been centered around helping others, creating content, answering messages, and being available, and I felt the need to create more space for myself as well. One of the biggest reasons is that I want to reconnect with my art and creative work. Creating has always been a huge part of who I am, and I felt called to dedicate more time and energy to that side of my life. I know that by taking care of my own creativity and well-being, I'll also be able to show up in a more authentic and inspired way for all of you. This isn't about stepping away from the community, it's about creating a healthier balance so I can continue doing this work for many years to come. Thank you again for being here, for your kindness, and for making this such a beautiful community. ❤️
