hahahah this title is so dramatic lol but hear me out and let me explain... On Tuesday, one of my CATALYST clients said in our group call: "My husband and I went through CashFlow Congruence and made huge shifts around our narrative about money. I asked for a raise and am now making $30/hr more! My husband also raised his prices and is now making the same amount in way less time." $30/hr more from one huge shift around her relationship to money that's over $50k a year! 🤯 🤯 🤯 on top of that, @Leslie Wall told me she got 8 people signed up after listing to this someone else said they signed on a pro bono client WELL SHIT. all these wins got me thinking.. maybe I should talk about this more often! i'm no longer taking clients into CATALYST (where they get this mini course for free) but i still want you to have access so... for the next 3 days, you can grab it at 50% off learn more about the mini course here 👉 https://nursepreneurlab.com/cashflowcongruence & use the code: CASHFLOW50 to get the discount expires Monday 07/27/2026 that makes it $98.50 pretty crazy but i'm about to shut everything down in the next few months and thought, "hell why not?!" so enjoy! and please let me know what crazy shit happens to you as a result!
So today on Kathleen’s World: we had a housewarming today and I was running on a single hour of sleep and an Alani energy drink. I feel like I walked a marathon around my house. It was nice to see friends and family in our own home (but I admittedly got scared when my family left bc we never hosted more that 3 people at a time and I needed an adultier adult 🤣) I finally put everything away, showered, I’m in bed with my husband and kitty, and I just was so surprised when I saw this! My eight year old self’s dream of being a writer has come true 🥹🧡 I can't wait to write more and explore everything Substack has to offer in our cozy not-so-little corner of the universe ✨
Hi i am Margie and I really enjoy coaching. I live in Illinois and created an LLC. I have not done much coaching from a home business aspect. I’m currently leaving the hospital right now after coaching this morning. So I have the rest of the afternoon to do as I please.I do health and well-being coaching at my hospital for patients and presented to administration about Nurse coaching for new hire nurses as part of their on boarding. There is a part of me that it’s not sure I want the Hospital to direct how things go. But I’ve also really been enjoying coaching here. So I’m not positive what’s next!
@Ruth Levesque I completed The Collective in Nov 2024. My peer coach and dear friend studied with me for AHNCC NC-BC. It was more fun to study together. Our hospital has a growing wellness department and a dietitian had been the wellness coordinator and lead HWC Coach for patients. She decided to go back to school and left the hospital. She knew I was bored certified and asked if I could help Coach patients while to coaches in training finished there coursework and exam.. We’re in process of growth and change. A CrossFit fitness coach is now the wellness coordinator and I’m in process of beginning nurse coaching. It’s been a process!

@Micah Walker I want our nurses to have the support that they need and know that they are valued. My proposal includes paid coaching for new nurse hires meaning they are not on shift. At the same time, I want my coaching to be more flexible for my schedule. I have to be intentional to not to overcommit.
