I'm very confused by this course. He's talking about some data being analyzed and going over it in detail but where can we access this data? Are you guys scraping this data yourselves or are you downloading it from AirDNA? There's literally no context to this course in where this data is coming from. I feel like I'm missing something here... Please let me know.
