Momentum Monday
One of the biggest attributers to my current success was making sure to hold Mondays to the highest standard possible. I mean you shouldn't be slowing down any day really but ESPECIALLY not Mondays. This is the day you NEED to make sure you're hitting the gym. The day you NEED to make sure you're mindset is savage. Wake up early, wake up ready, and do whatever you have to do to get into a KILLER mind state. Mondays set the tone for the entire week. You have a shitty Monday, what are the odds that you come back strong Tuesday, or Wednesday, or any other day this week Take this shit seriously guys

Role Playing is VITAL
Ok guys I'm not talking about the freaky type of role playing come on I'm talking about getting in there every single day in the training room, and getting reps in. Why would you wait to mess up and practice when you're sitting with a customer? Like how does that make any sense. Doesn't it make so much more sense to practice with your teammates? People that want to see you win? See you succeed? Let's get training EVERY SINGLE DAY. And if you're not doing this. Holy Hell please start yesterday

What do you say to customers when they tell you they want to get a second opinion? Don't tell me what you SHOULD say, tell me what you actually say most of the time

I run through certainties with them. The problem they have needs to be corrected? Certainly. The problem has cost them time and money? Certainly. Do they want the problem solved for good? Certainly. Do they want quality? Certainly. Do they want value? Certainly. Once that’s established I talk about the relationship between cost and quality, and lowering cost means lowering quality. We price work according to the quality of installation we give our customers, they can trust that we give them our best, we take pride in our work. They can trust that we will always be there to take Action, it’s who we are. These are all factors of a relationship we are building. Lastly, I let them know, if they are looking for the lowest bid, they are literally going against all that they’ve agreed too and that usually doesn’t turn out right.

HOW WAS THANKSGIVING
I spent a few days in San Diego with the family. So many things to be grateful for this year, God, Family, an amazing team, mentors, and all of you. Guys as we move to the end of the year, keep that spirit of gratitude. So many of you are in here because you want to improve. What a blessing to be in a position to have something you're building. There's so much that can stress you out day to day, gratitude for everything you have will be the quickest remedy to that. Be Grateful, and don't stop

Thanksgiving for us was full of family and thankfulness. I’m so grateful for the opportunity I’ve been given at Action! The vision is clear. We’re going far, going as a team, as a community, we are truly living the dream. God is good!

Ben Helped me Transform my Life
Quick intro, I’m Austin Avellar, and I run a plumbing, hvac and electrical company in Phoenix! We are just going to be completing our first year. Ben Jordan has been Mentoring me for a while now and has helped me transform my life in many ways! Over the last year that he has been coaching me I was able to lose over 100lbs, still haven’t hit my goal but I was 400lbs and now I’m down to 295lbs as of this morning. That alone was worth its weight in gold and Ben knew that before I could blow up my plumbing company I had to become the man.
