Info on the toe spacers
Anyone have a good info on the toe spacers and which ones are best? Would you say 3-D thumb pulling is the most effective exercise to focus on daily for symmetry and all other improvements? trying to just build a lean daily routine without overwhelming myself

@Santiago Figarola looking forward to histostretching
It is way harder to progress without a mouthguard.
On the oral device course, I added this short explanation over why it is possible to improve without the mouthguard (I know I did), but it is much, much harder. Everyone's free to choose their own path, but there's a reason why this is 'The Foundation' in the method :)

The mouthguard works I've been doing no exercises and already seeing good results only using it at night + during the day 2-3 hrs. I am looking for a very good myofacial routine though to accelerate everything, something i can follow along

Looking for a tutorial/routine i can do daily for facial myorelease that includes bit of everything but mainly thumbpulling. Follow along routine I can memorize and execute 15-30 min tops
