Well, I have been breaking for over 20 years now, but still happy when I get one round of Reverse-ninety π and my style is still unfinished business...and my execution quite sloppy... But yeah I'm working on it
When I used to teach kids during Corona I made some Video For the little ones. ITS in German, but you can understand the moves:-) I Like to explore From the squat Position and expand the Body and bring IT In again. That way i start with young and old, For adults If knees are bad or tendons too tight i focus more on backsteps From Push Up positions. With Kids I Play with Speed Changes and have fun with duck Walk, the monkey swing knee spins, Tornados etc. Fo Kids I try to make IT more fun, but with Respect and discipline. There is place where they can try Out and Go fast, but I try to keep the Level moderate and Not Like a Circus. Indont believe breaking should Feed the adhd behavior, IT should Help to have more self- Control, through Focus and practise in movement
