Have you done any other GLPs before? My RS was a newbie with Reta and I started at .25 twice a week for 4 weeks then titrated up to .5 twice a week. I’m 12 weeks in and 19 lbs down. I’ve always been super active in the gym but put on belly weight in my 40s. Just the first week alone I dropped a ton of water weight / inflammation. It was wild.
I get super tired in the afternoons. Also not sleeping well while on it as well. But that’s a recurrent issue. However I frequently feel like I need a nap after work. I’m on week 8 .5mg twice a week.
Hi Everyone! I am starting the CJC/ Ipamorelin blend. The dosage chart says 250mcg twice daily. My macro coach was like holy crap that’s a lot! I’m currently in a lean build with my coach so looking to really develop muscle over winter. Any thoughts on dosage? Or if I’m miss reading it! Thank you!
I did a 12 week cycle and did 250mcg once a day before bed 90 mins after any food, 5 on 2 off. I can’t imagine doing that twice a day. I did not like the flush it gives afterwards.
