Help everyone, I’m new to this group and focused on learning all I can for optimal results in my research. Just wondering if people have a favorite tracker/planner app or site for multiple protocols and possibly a few test subjects to be tracked
@Paige Panzarello aww thank you. It’s a work in progress. Always tweaking it. I have a separate tab on there that I input each phase in and put the dosage/frequency/reconstitution details/cost, etc. so I don’t forget 😊
Will be 50 yrs old next year - I just got blood test results back and have lower testosterone levels than average. Has anyone injected Testosterone? And if so how did you figure out what dosage was best?
Getting on T was the best thing I ever started. I have been on pellets for a couple years, no complaints but I would prefer to eventually switch to injections. I wish I could find someone local but I haven't had luck so will eventually join one of these tele online sites. I never want to be off it.
@Kristen Savannah thanks! My labs prior to starting were basically non existent. I think it said <2. I’m a big gym girlie and the muscle gains have been amazing! Finally all my hard work is actually doing something. In addition to that it’s definitely helped my brain fog and libido (which also was non existent prior to starting)
