Yes—you can. But that doesn’t mean you should... GLP-1s reduce hunger, quiet food noise, and help you feel satisfied with less food. You may continue eating the same foods in smaller amounts and still lose weight. But if you don’t improve the quality of what you eat, you could lose valuable muscle, feel tired or weak, struggle with constipation, and miss the protein, fiber, and nutrients your body needs. ----------------------------------------------------------- This isn’t about starting another restrictive diet or giving up the foods you love. It’s about following our simple 30/30/3 way of eating: 🥩 Work toward 30 grams of protein per meal 🥦 Work toward 30 grams of fiber each day 💧 Work toward 3 liters of water each day These aren’t pass-or-fail rules. They’re simple goals that help you nourish your body, protect your muscle, and build healthier habits—while still enjoying all food groups. ----------------------------------------------------------- And perhaps most importantly… When you’re given the gift of having the food noise in your head turned down—or even turned off—NOW is your chance to work on WHY you turned to food in the first place. The GLP-1's can quiet the noise, but it can’t heal the emotional patterns underneath it. That part is our work—and it may be the most important work we do. I created a new training in the Classroom called WHY YOU TURN TO FOOD—and What to Do About It. 🔒 You’ll unlock it when you reach Level 3 by commenting, encouraging others, and participating in our community. Don’t use your GLP-1 only to become smaller. Use this window of opportunity to become stronger, healthier, and freer around food. 🧡
