We need to stop wasting time on things that don't work. I see it happening everywhere... - Spending hours perfecting blog post titles when your blog gets zero traffic - Obsessing over Instagram strategy when all your leads come from LinkedIn - Taking a whole day to repurpose content for TikTok when you could make another video on the platform that's already bringing you results - Setting up complex email automation when you have no subscribers - Creating Pinterest graphics for hours when you've never gotten a single customer from Pinterest The truth is... We do these things because they make us feel productive. Because "everyone says" we should be doing them. Because we're following some guru's template without questioning if it actually works for US. But time is our scarcest resource. Every hour spent optimising a dead channel is an hour you could've spent doubling down on what's already working. Want to grow? Look at your analytics. Look at where your actual results are coming from. Then put 80% of your energy there. Stop doing things just to do them. Start being intentional with your time. Who else has caught themselves playing this game? What tasks are you doing just because you think you "should"?

Have any of you worked with an Employer of Record (EOR) in Thailand to get a work permit as a path to permanent residency? Another member of the forum mentioned working with a company called Shelter and I have a discovery call set up with them this weekend. I'm just curious if anyone else on here is staying in Thailand and currently working with an EOR. If so, do you know any good companies to use as an EOR in Thailand? Just trying to understand the market and weigh out my options. Any advice is greatly appreciated 🙏.
