Introducing Myself
First off, I just need to say that I’m very happy to have found this place, and appreciate being let inside. It’s almost as if I had been looking for this kind of community without knowing it… Thank you @Kasim Aslam for creating this, and making it accessible for everyone, who’s serious - no matter what their financial situation is at the moment 🫂 Now comes the hard part: - Tell us what you HAVE I’ve been struggling with that for quite some time, because pretty much all my youth I had been told that I can’t really do much, and won’t amount to anything… And I somehow believed it - at least for a pretty long time. Looking back on my life, I can say that I didn’t get to celebrate the huge wins that society necessarily would recognize as such, but all the stuff I went through made me who I am today. So, I have: - a lot of curiosity and interest in listening deeply to people - a huge portion of optimism unshakable faith - a pretty good intuition - and lived life on my terms (at least when it comes to the decisions and choices I made) - and when it comes to the visible stuff, I rebuilt my life from pretty much zero in Bali, met the love of my life, we adopted 3 dogs, and bought a house together, and now I’m running a small herbal supplement business, and started coaching about 2 years ago - Tell us what you WANT My biggest WANT is to leave the world at least a little bit better than I found it when I came here this time around. That includes growing my coaching practice to at least 120k per year (for the start 😉) and building my own skool community. - Tell us what you NEED I used to struggle with following through, and prioritizing how I make use of my time - especially with 2 businesses, lots of house chores, and only 24 hours in a day. I guess what I really needed was to find out what my mission is and how to work on that. And now, I hope to have found an environment of great people who are also striving to do something great.

Welcome, @Sebastian Roschkowski! One thing that stood out to me is your curiosity. I’ve found that people who stay curious tend to keep growing. Wishing you all the best as you build your coaching practice and community. Looking forward to learning alongside you.

@Sebastian Roschkowski one of my strengths is listening and seeing things others may overlook. A value that is important to me is resilience. I also love being curious.
This Framework Turns Your To-Do List Into a Strategic Plan
Feeling overwhelmed by a never-ending task list? Meet the Eisenhower Matrix aka the method that separates the noise from what actually moves the needle. When you’re managing client work, testing new tools, and trying to grow your business, it’s easy to feel like everything needs your attention at once. But the truth is, not everything matters equally. This approach helps you sort through the chaos whether you’re a solo freelancer or running a lean team so you know exactly where your time should go. What is the Eisenhower Matrix? It’s a simple tool that helps you sort tasks based on two things: urgency and importance. That way, you’re not just reacting, you’re making space for what actually matters. The matrix has 4 quadrants: Quadrant 1: Urgent + Important (DO) These are fires that can’t be ignored. Examples: A campaign deadline today, broken client system, payment issues holding up a project. Action: Handle it now. Quadrant 2: Not Urgent + Important (PLAN) This is where the real growth happens. It doesn’t feel urgent, but it’s what sets your business up for the long haul. Examples: Updating onboarding workflows, improving delivery systems, building that long-overdue client dashboard. Action: Block time for it and commit. Quadrant 3: Urgent + Not Important (DELEGATE) Looks urgent. Isn’t valuable. Someone else can handle it. Examples: Meeting requests that don’t require you, tool setup that someone else can handle, quick questions better answered by a bot. Action: Assign it, automate it, or create a system around it. Quadrant 4: Not Urgent + Not Important (DELETE) These are the little distractions that eat up hours. Examples: Refreshing analytics five times a day, endlessly tweaking branding, aimlessly clicking through tools for “research.” Action: Let it go. Seriously. Want to use this in ClickUp? Here’s a fast setup that keeps you focused: 1. Create a List for your weekly priorities (call it something like “Weekly Focus” or “Task Triage”). 2. Add a custom dropdown field with four options: Do First, Schedule, Delegate, Eliminate. 3. As you add tasks, assign the right category. 4. Create views filtered by each label so you can jump into the right mindset fast. 5. Bonus: Set a weekly reminder to review and reassign every Friday.

@Christina Hooper late to the party here, but I can relate to what you are all saying. For me, I go in waves... I can do great at managing tasks in an orderly fashion for a while and then I start to fall off. It becomes a cascading challenge as the longer I bump something the more I tend to avoid it. I find myself gravitating towards a framework/process and using it for a while and then eventually falling out of that process. Have you found a way to get consistency?

@Jamie Miralles, I understand your example however, I believe it would be better to align to workday activities. Although I know I could pay someone to do my yard work, I typically do that on the weekend. It is a time when I am not focused on work and allow my mind to reset. The time I spend doing yard work isn't about cost per hour, it is about escape, balance and doing something physical. Sometimes it is less about the efficiency and profitability of an action, but more about the full impact.
The Offer Stack Explained: Why One Offer Is Usually Not Enough
When you have one offer, growth stalls in a predictable way. Some people are ready to buy, most aren’t. The ones who aren’t have nowhere to go. The ones who finish working with you have nowhere to go next. Every new client requires starting the sales conversation from zero. Revenue is a direct function of how many new people you can find — which means if you stop finding new people, revenue stops. This isn’t a marketing problem. It’s an offer stack problem. An offer stack is the complete set of ways a client can work with you, arranged intentionally to serve people at different stages of readiness, investment, and need. The key word is intentionally. Most service businesses accumulate offers over time — a client asks for something different, you say yes, you add it to the website. That’s not an offer stack. That’s an offer pile. An offer pile creates confusion for buyers and operational chaos for you. A well-designed stack has three layers: 1 - The entry point offer — the lowest-friction way for someone to experience working with you. Its job is to make the first yes easy. The mistake most people make: designing it as a free teaser rather than a genuinely valuable standalone product. A strong entry point is worth what you charge for it and creates natural context for what comes next. 2 - The core offer — where the primary transformation happens. Most businesses already have this. The problem is usually that it’s the only thing they have. 3 - The continuity or premium offer — what comes after for clients who want to stay. Not everyone will use it. But having it means the ones who want to continue can — and that retention revenue is the most stable revenue in your business. The article also covers the founder fit check — because each offer in your stack needs to work for you, not just your clients. The best offer stack is one that creates a natural client journey and a sustainable operating rhythm simultaneously. https://christinahooper.com/blog/offer-design/offer-stack-explained-why-one-offer-not-enough

This is a great framework, @Christina Hooper. For your clients, are you seeing that AI is creating opportunities for entirely new entry-point offers, or is it mostly enhancing existing ones?
Your Feedback Please!
Hey 3X Peeps, I'm outlining my next book on the topic of what I define as Sovereign Operators. A Sovereign Operator (SO) is a person who has created autonomy for their life and choices. They have the money thing out of the way, their relationships are harmonious, and they operate with optimal both physical and mental health. I'm positing that an important element of this will be the SO's ability to merge their thinking process with AI. Not a in downloading consciousness to a hard drive like Kurzweil suggests or implants into brains like Elon is doing, but creating a symbiotic dyad. Humans using AI to sharpen their cognitive processes and critical thinking skills in a true collaboration to elevate humanity. I'm test driving some of the material on my blog to workshop it further. Since so many of you in this group are power users of AI, I would LOVE your analysis and feedback. Here is the first post: https://randygage.com/the-day-the-human-race-forked/ If you would read and provide your thoughts, I would be very grateful (and might include some of what you say in the book). Comments like "I love this" don't really help. Looking for if you think the thesis is sound and WHY, or if you think I'm ignorant and delusional and WHY. Mad love! -RG

Really enjoyed the read. I especially liked the distinction between using AI to replace thinking versus using it to sharpen thinking. That aligns closely with what I’m seeing in my own work. The only area I’d encourage you to explore further is the framing around the three groups. I think AI adoption is more of a continuum than fixed categories, and people can move between them over time. Overall, I think the thesis is compelling and raises an important conversation about intentional AI use and how far we can take it.
