Sorry guys I couldn't upload my pictures but I'm new to the community. Couple of days ago I went to get a lump check and the doctor told me it was direct hernia and that I need surgery. 🤧 I had a panic attack just think about the surgery.

Hi everyone! My name is Gerard Gianfagna and I’m excited to join this community. I recently had laparoscopic bilateral inguinal hernia surgery with mesh and am on the path to recovery. I’m working with my trainer, Jayce Lee, to safely return to strength training while protecting my recovery.
