I have a little make I tote around with me, a bigger make for near my desk, and a big make near the couch. So, everywhere! I use the process of making things to reduce anxiety, calm my mind, and clear my thoughts. What about you?

It is such a healthy tool in the self-care kit. 🙏🏽 I usually have a little tote bag with busy work for crochet. 🧶 it’s usually small free form stuff. This definitely helps keep my mind from getting stuck and my emotions from dysregulating. So much better than being distracted by the phone.
