Got clear on my 90 day focus for my biz. It is getting my CRM (finally!) and getting it all set up and an email sent out. Let's go!
Happy Monday!
How are we today? Some people felt a little off on my accountability call. And honestly… same. There’s definitely some weird stuff in the air lately. I had my first bout of vertigo on Saturday and whew — it kicked my bootie. Not ideal. Do not recommend. 😅 And yet… I still feel really confident that 2026 is going to be amazing. What I’m noticing is this:People seem to be slowing down and getting more intentional.“Busy” for the sake of being busy just doesn’t hit the same way it used to.It feels like more people are asking, What actually matters right now? And I think that’s a good thing. So let’s pause for a clarity check: Comment: On a scale of 1–5, how grounded do you feel today? (No explanation needed — just notice.) Action:👉 Clear one small surface you see every day. A counter. A desk. A nightstand. Nothing dramatic. Just one little reset. Sometimes clarity doesn’t come from pushing harder. It comes from steadying ourselves and choosing presence over momentum. I’m really glad you’re here. 🤍 Oh! If you missed the training today, we went over the Clarity In Action course that I added to the classroom the other day. No recording. But that class has had great reviews, go check it out!

@Kelley Hamilton I'm with you right now, Kelley. I don't enjoy this feeling. But going through Steph's training today helped. Got clear on at least one thing. Right now that has to be enough.
Welcome to 2026!
This week’s clarity check: On a scale of 1–5, how steady and grounded do you feel today? Comment with just the number, no explanation needed. 💡 Action: Set a 5-minute timer and clear ONE surface you see daily. A clean surface is like steadying your boat, it gives you space to think clearly and see your next step. 🌬️ Reflection: Think of your week like sailing. Sometimes you need to: Stop. Pause, breathe, and notice where you are. Steady. Center yourself and your energy. Study. Check your compass, what truly matters right now? Seek. Notice the winds and opportunities around you that will carry you forward. Even small shifts - clearing your desk, taking a breath, prioritizing one task - help you navigate with clarity instead of drifting in overwhelm. What’s one “steadying” action you can take this week to help move forward with purpose?
Welcome to 2026!

4 I cleaned out the cabinet below my bathroom sink. Wow! What a difference. I'm usually digging around to find what I need. No more!
Let’s Talk Confidence + Aging (Because It’s Real)
Okay, friends. Let’s talk about this whole confidence in aging thing. One of you mentioned it as a pain point when you joined the community, and I know a lot of us can relate. But what if we think of it like this: you don’t get older… you get layered. Life hands you depth, grit, timing, instincts, and a whole lot of “I’m not doing that nonsense anymore.” But sometimes? We forget that’s an advantage. So let’s take this a little deeper: Confidence in aging = using your wisdom as leverage. Not pretending you’re 25. Not trying to keep up with trends you don’t even like. Just owning the fact that experience gives you clarity others wish they had. Here are a few ways to turn that wisdom into power this week: ✨ 1. Name your wins. Not the “big” ones, the ones you forget count. The hard conversations you’ve learned how to have. The boundaries you’ve built. The way you can walk into a room and instantly read the energy. That’s confidence. You earned it. ✨ 2. Lean into what feels natural now. Trying to be someone you were 10 years ago is exhausting. But being the person you are today? That’s where the magic is. What do you do now with ease that used to overwhelm you? ✨ 3. Let your story work for you. Your experience isn’t baggage, it’s a strategy. Use it to make better decisions, choose better clients, say yes/no faster, or simplify things you used to complicate. ✨ 4. Borrow confidence until it becomes yours. If you’re not feeling it yet, use structure as support: routines, clarity tools, morning reset rituals, one-goal weeks, whatever helps you stand a little taller. ✨ 5. And maybe most importantly: stop apologizing for evolving. Aging isn’t shrinking. It's expanding. You just get more selective about where you put your time, heart, and energy. Your turn: Where can your experience become your advantage right now? Business, life, relationships, boundaries - take your pick. Let’s talk about it. You’re not doing this alone.

Boundaries are huge for me! My younger self was a committed workaholic. And I loved it back then. But I was single and didn't have something more important to spend my time and energy in. In my fifties, that's a very different story! I'm proud of my ability to say no now. I've also gained a lot of confidence around not caring what people think about the way I look. I know what I bring to the table and to any situation. And I love the affirmations you included. Those are🔥
Reset Your Rhythm
Hey friends — if you missed the Reset Your Rhythm Workshop this morning, breathe easy… I’ve got you. I just uploaded the replay, and this might be one of my favorite clarity sessions ever. It’s simple, grounded, and sooo doable. Inside, we walked through how to: - Release the junk you don’t want to drag into the new year - Carry forward the things that actually matter - Choose one clear, feel-aligned Q1 goal - And map it all out with a plan you’ll actually follow (yes… actually 😄) If you’ve been craving a reset, or you’re feeling that “new year, new chaos” energy coming in hot, this is your moment to slow down, recalibrate, and step into 2026 feeling lighter, clearer, and way more in control. Hit play when you’re ready, download the workbook, and let’s design your next season with intention. 🌿✨
