characters for Blender
What's the best tool or addon for creating realistic human characters and clothing for Blender?

i used to use humgen for character creation. it's honestly a great starting point cuz u can just pick clothes, hair, makeup, and everything else straight from the catalog. the only issue is that it gets pretty limiting after a while. lately i've switched over to DAZ 3D. the customization goes crazy there u can literally make any kind of character or demon you can think of lol. a lot of people are also using metahuman in ue5 these days, but i don't really know enough about it to give any advice. for clothing, definitely check out marvelous designer. it gives you insane freedom when making clothes and it's actually pretty easy to learn. good luck gng

ActorCore + Daz/HumGen + Rigify issue
I ran into an issue with bone mapping / bone alignment during the rig transfer. I tried Auto-Rig Pro and Rokoko, but both end up breaking the model. Right now the only solution I can think of is finding a JSON file with properly mapped bones and importing it. If anyone has dealt with a similar issue, I’d really appreciate any advice.
