⚡ Fear Isn’t the Enemy — It’s the Signal You’re Getting Stronger
I used to treat fear like a red light — a reason to stop, wait, or overthink. Now I see it differently: fear’s not danger, it’s data. It’s your system saying, “You’re standing at the edge of who you’ve been — and about to become someone bigger.” That’s not a warning. That’s an invitation. Every big move I’ve made — every shift that actually mattered — came with fear in the room. And here’s what I realized: you can’t get rid of fear, but you can give it a job. When you read fear as feedback instead of threat, the energy flips: 🔥 Anxiety → drive 🌬 Resistance → readiness ⚡ Pressure → precision That’s when fear stops running your mind and starts fueling your momentum. So yeah — fear’s uncomfortable. But comfort never made anyone legendary. 💭 Curious — what’s one thing that used to scare you, but became a source of strength once you faced it head-on?

Love this. It's like the other one, growth is on the outside of your comfort zone. And actually I think the opposite happens too, staying within your comfort zone too much makes it shrink. What used to scare me... well I'd say the most lifechanging thing is the small things, meeting new people used to scare me, saying the wrong thing and embarrassing myself. But when I was forced to do it, travelling a different country alone and having to make friends, I learned how capable I actually am, that we all get stuff wrong and feel silly, and literally no one cares. I learned to laugh off awkwardness and be a bit goofy, and now that is probably how I can relate and create connections with most of my clients at work (self employed salon owner) I think.

Like, one *fruit* only but other food still allowed? Strawberries. Because they go best with choco pancakes, obvs. Or one fruit for life and nothing else just that one fruit? Strawberries. Because they never get boring, some are tangy, some are sweet, some are mild. Variation without variety
