June 29: My daily win this day is that in the evening, the original plan was for when the hot summer tempretaures fall to manageable, to go on a longer run, but I did not feel like training and my body was still a bit fatigued, so instead I did a cold plunge in the river 🙏🏻 each day doing my best at being coherent, so I do the things I actually need in any given moment. Consistent daily inner work and meditation truly give you long-term results that become so supportive of living the fullest life you can. Also started doing the Module 1 and I'm on a day 3 🥳 3 days in, and I've already learned even more valuable knowledge and practices, just amazing. Grateful!! ❤️

July 1 The win of the day was that I went out of my comfort zone and subbed for one of Zumba instructors for his class, and it was the very first time for me 🤩🙏🏻 The ladies accepted me instantly, and there was a very beautiful, vibrant energy in the air. Together, we created a wonderful atmosphere. They loved my playlist and leading, and that is what gives me valuable feedback about my service ❤️ July 2 I have learned in the past month that taking small, consistent steps is the key to changing your life. I usually went all in and managed maybe 2 or 3 days, and now I am consciously taking smaller steps daily to achieve the same things and make it permanent. Not that taking big steps is not okay, it depends on what it is, but in my personal experience, that is the way to go. Especially doing the things you have been avoiding and know that need to be done and are good for you..to nourish it every single day. And that is what I am doing, and every day that I nourish it, that is a win - rewiring my nervous system & habits. Much love & happy Friday 😊✨
Currently on hour 27 in a 207hour fast.
I just so happened to start this fast right as a video about 4 celestial bodies aligning popped up. During this fast, I’ll be strategically using salt water, short full-body HIT sessions, and another protocol I’ll leave unnamed. The goal is to lose some fat, clear out stubborn inflammation, and see what happens. The longest fast I’ve ever completed before this was 90 hours, and I haven’t done another one since that attempt more than 18months ago. That relatively short fast, combined with the other protocols I was experimenting with at the time, seemed to temporarily change the way I perceived things. I felt more sensitive to the energies around me. For example, I found myself reacting consistently to changes in the Schumann resonance, and I also became drawn to certain YouTube readers who claimed to interpret people’s situations through cards and similar methods. What unsettled me was how accurate some of those readings empirically were. They would describe situations that seemed oddly specific to my life despite having no direct knowledge of me. Looking back, maybe it wasn’t that they were somehow connecting to me personally. Maybe I was connecting to a collective field out there. Whatever the explanation, at the time it genuinely felt as if I were being watched. That’s what both excites and scares me now. This time, I’m not aiming for 90 hours. I’m aiming for 200. If a 90-hour fast was enough to permanently reduce the amount of food I ate for the next six months and leave a lasting impression on my energetic perception for over a year, then what might 200 hours do?? I don’t know. On top of that, I’ll be exclusively drinking reverse osmosis water from my local supermarket this time, so hopefully those birth control chemicals and other random BS aren’t in my water unlike my last attempt. Part of the reason I’m posting this is accountability. Putting it into words makes it harder to quit when things get uncomfortable. But if I make it through, I’ll also share some of the stranger observations and personal discoveries I’ve made along the way.

Time and Knowledge isn’t Linear
My life up until this week had been so exhausting the Fight or Flight. I was fighting Physically Emotionally and Mentally the best way I knew how. I had been through most of the therapist if not all in town The first question asked by them was my last question. How can I help you. Why are you here. Leaned early on saying all the surface problems would get me the TextBook answers for my problems. Once I hit them with human and drug trafficking and all the issues us parents and grandparents are dealing with due to sitting in the middle of two borders of Mexico. San Luis Mexico and Algodones Mexico. I was immediately shut down with almost the same answers from all of them. I’m sorry this is beyond my scope of expertise. I’m not sure if there is anyone qualified to help you here in Yuma Arizona. This caused a major spiral I would close up for months at a time. Then scrolled YouTube frantically in this time of my journey I had listen to tarot. meditation. Self help books. Every type of them. I grew a few collection of Crystals-MoonMagic Tools-A WitchesRituals-HerbalHealing supplies- CandleMagic. Book of Shadows-collecting. I know I am missing quit a bit more. Everything helped get me through and to the PresentMoment. Being Present. Was the hardest and Greatest Obstacle I’m still not quite there but this 1% has my momentum flowing steady. You ask do I still do all the Magical and Ritual tools. Certainly. I can reach a variety of people and their beliefs My grandbabies love watching and helping me do ALL The Things.
