A simple tool to support your visibility
Quick share from me today. I have been playing around with Google Vids, and I have to say, I quite like it so far. If you are already using Google Workspace, you might already have access to it. One feature that stood out to me is how easily you can turn your Google Slides into a video. No need to start from scratch, no complicated editing, just a simple way to bring your ideas to life and stay visible. I know that for many of us, creating video content can feel time-consuming or a bit overwhelming, especially when energy is low. This feels like a good middle ground. I have attached a short video I created from my slides so you can see what it looks like. Curious to hear, has anyone else tried it yet? What are your thoughts? Make it so 🚀

A New Tool for Your Clarity Toolkit: EFT Tapping
As part of the preparation for our upcoming 40 Day Money Clarity Reset, I would like to introduce you to a tool that we will be using during the process. It is called Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as tapping. EFT is a simple method that combines light tapping on specific acupressure points with focused statements that help release emotional tension and limiting beliefs. Many people use it to reduce stress, calm the nervous system and shift deeply rooted patterns that keep repeating in their lives and businesses. When we talk about money, business growth or receiving more income, it is very common for old emotions to surface. Fear, anxiety, guilt, pressure or even a feeling that it is not safe to succeed can quietly sit in the background and influence our decisions. Tapping is a practical way to bring awareness to those emotions and gradually release them. Below you will find a short introduction to EFT so you can understand how the method works and how the tapping points are used. You do not need any previous experience, just curiosity and a willingness to explore what comes up for you. We will use this tool throughout the reset to support both the inner clarity work and the business clarity work we will be doing together. Get Clear, Get Confident, and Make It Happen.

Avoid Decision Drift
I was LIVE this late morning on LinkedIn and other platforms. I covered a few topics, but the one that is worth your attention is about making decisions and avoiding decision drift. When you're caught in the paralysis of overthinking, waiting for perfect timing, or second-guessing every move, you're experiencing Decision Drift. It's the silent killer of business momentum. ➢ Overthinking turns simple choices into complex problems ➢ Waiting for perfect timing means missing good timing ➢ Second-guessing yourself erodes confidence with every delay "It is possible to commit no mistakes and still lose. That is not a weakness; that is life." – Captain Picard Even Starfleet captains need clarity before they act. The key isn't avoiding mistakes – it's making decisions with intention.

Thanks, Lolita, as always for your support. I learned a lot from you last year, pointing to decide. I had to learn how much energy is draining when you don't decide and maybe then others do it for you. So I learned to decide faster, thinking about a specific point, BUT then DECIDE!!! Thanks a lot. 🙏🙏🙏

The Pomodoro Technique
Hi, Crew! I am currently looking into productivity techniques, as some of my clients experience challenges in this area. So today, I am sharing the Pomodoro Technique and what it is all about. The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method designed to improve focus, reduce procrastination, and prevent mental fatigue. It was created by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. The name comes from the tomato-shaped kitchen timer he used as a student. Pomodoro means tomato in Italian. Here is how it works in its simplest form. Choose one task. Be specific. Set a timer for 25 minutes. Work on that task only and avoid distractions or multitasking. When the timer rings, stop. Take a 5-minute break. After four cycles, take a longer break of 15 to 30 minutes. One 25-minute work session is called a Pomodoro. Why it works This technique leverages time-constrained psychology. When you know you only have 25 minutes, resistance drops. The brain perceives the effort as manageable. It also reduces cognitive switching costs because you commit to one task only. Regular breaks prevent cognitive fatigue and help maintain productivity over longer periods. When to use it ☞ When you feel overwhelmed ☞ When you are procrastinating ☞ When a task feels too big ☞ When you need structure ☞ When you want measurable progress You can adapt it. Some people work for 50 minutes and rest for 10. The principle is not the exact timing, but focused sprints combined with deliberate rest. If this resonates, adapt it to your needs and use it. Make it so 🚀

I know this method for a long time. Sometimes I remember and try to do this in that way. 🙂 It helps, really. 🙂

Do you use automation tools?
Crew, I have been exploring something inside Google Workspace that I think many of you will find useful, especially if you are building your business mostly on your own. Google Workspace Studio is essentially Google stepping into Agentic AI inside your everyday tools like Gmail, Drive, Chat and Sheets. It is powered by Gemini, and the idea is simple: instead of you doing repetitive admin, you create an AI agent that does it for you. What does that mean in practical terms? You can describe a task in plain language, and Gemini turns it into a working automation. All you need to do is explain what you want done. For example: ➪ It can prepare you for meetings by summarising the details, attendees and attachments directly in Chat. ➪ It can capture action points from a meeting and draft a follow-up email for your team. ➪ It can detect high-priority emails and label them automatically, or send you a daily summary of what you have not answered. ➪ It can save email attachments to a specific Drive folder and log the details into a Google Sheet. In other words, it connects your apps and creates flows between them so your business runs more smoothly in the background. For those of you building a working business plan inside the Fleet, this is interesting. Because once your processes are clear, you can start automating them. Clarity first. Automation second. I will continue testing it and share more practical examples of how we can use it for business planning, client onboarding and follow-up systems. If you are already using Gemini inside Workspace, let me know what you have automated so far. Let us see how automated your business really is. Vote in the poll.

I'm very interested in delegating some of the tasks. 🙂
