My win was an upgrade in the communication in my relationship. My boyfriend and I love having deep conversations and sometimes we both get a little defensive unconsciously when we disagree, which can lead into a little argument occasionally lol. Today we were having one of these and when we were trying to rationalize why we were even arguing we realized we agreed on literally all our points and we’re just wording them differently and focusing on defending our point 😅. We have never really shed light on the fact that we both get defensive and so we were able to understand each other more and ultimately I know this awareness will strengthen our conversations and relationship! 💫
