Current struggle - I've recently picked up a minor wrist injury, no fall, probably just repetitive strain and poor strengthening. Took about a week or two off climbing, it's gotten much better and I'm easing back into it now. Still feel a bit of discomfort on that side of the wrist so being very wary of any dynos/slopers. Also have been trying to learn more about wrist strengthening/stability training - wonder if anybody else had experience with this!
