Isometrics presentation
I’m super pissed, for some reason I didn’t have the option to repost the live session. I’m still learning this platform. At least here is the whiteboard so that you still get something and ask questions

Won't you be able to make another video explaining this?"
Training transfer
Hey Christian! Thanks for sharing. Quick follow-up: how many days per week do you usually program these complexes, and how many movement patterns do you typically combine in a single session? Also, where do you prefer to place this approach within the annual training phases (e.g., general preparation vs. pre-season/competition phases), and how do you manage the overall central nervous system (CNS) fatigue when combining heavy strength and explosive work?"

Athlete Classification system
Hey Christian, Regarding the Athlete Classification & Training Focus PDF you recently shared: If an athlete is classified as Elastic or Muscular, do we keep them training strictly within their primary methods throughout the entire periodized yearly plan? Or should we cycle them through other qualities (e.g., giving an Elastic athlete some Muscular/Tension work) during specific phases like General Preparation, while shifting back to their natural profile as we approach competition? I’d love to hear your perspective on how you structure method selection across different training phases for each athlete type. Thanks!
‏isometrics
Hey Christian, when structuring a block periodization model that utilizes isometrics Second, when programming overcoming isometrics, what is your preferred execution structure: a single continuous maximal effort for 5–6 seconds, or a cluster-style approach broken down into micro-bouts with brief intra-repetition rest intervals (e.g., 3s + 3s) to maintain higher peak force output?"

@Christian Thibaudeau Hey Christian, thank you so much for this deep and precise breakdown regarding the difference between a continuous 6-second effort and cluster sets, and how each impacts force output, the nervous system, and hypertrophy. My question to you is: How do we structure, diversify, and progress isometric training across different training blocks? Do you sequence or order them in a specific pattern through the blocks

@Christian Thibaudeau @Christian Thibaudeau Thank you for the detailed answer! My follow-up question is: Where and how do we integrate specialized isometric types like Oscillatory Isometrics and Reactive Isometrics within this progression?"
