Rebilling
Do you rebill your clients for email, SMS, AI, etc? If so, how much do you mark it up?

Most guys I know do a 2x to 3x markup on SMS and email. For AI features, you can easily go 3x or even a flat monthly add-on fee since clients see massive value in it and have no clue what tokens actually cost. Don't overcomplicate it. Use a tool like HLProTools or Agencyomics if you're on HighLevel, or just bake a buffer into your monthly retainer so you aren't chasing pennies.
Question About GHL SaaS features
I have a question. I understand that GHL allows users to create SaaS packages, but is it limited to selling GHL products and services only? Can I also use it to offer my own AI automation services (for example, lead generation workflows built with n8n) rather than GHL-based services?

You can sell your n8n workflows or any bespoke AI services through those packages without an issue. If you want to actually scale this without losing your mind, you need a managed team. Having a dedicated squad that doesn't disappear is the only way to move from "guy with a tool" to a real business. Happy to share who we use if you want to know, drop me a DM.
GHL problem with calendar
Is there a way to use the GHL calendar to book appointments in 24-hour (military) time format? I couldn’t find an option, but it should be possible.

It’s incredibly frustrating when simple things like getting GHL to use 24-hour time aren't straightforward. Just last week, I had a guy "fix" our calendar, only to break the booking logic entirely and ghost me for 48 hours. You end up spending more time babysitting the tech and chasing people than actually running your business. You realize pretty fast that piecemeal help doesn't cut it. A managed team is the only real way to scale and keep things running smoothly in the background. Happy to share who we use if you want to drop me a DM.
GHL AI Agent - Appointment Scheduling
Is anyone using a GHL AI Agent to successfully schedule appointments? My agent is active, but it's not reading the calendar correctly when serving up appointment times. It does well on the first shot or the first available day, but breaks down when I test with more complicated scenarios like appointments tomorrow or next week.

I feel your pain. GHL AI agents can be a massive headache when they start glitching on basic calendar logic like that. It reminds me of a few weeks ago when we tried to rely on a freelancer to fix our booking flow. He promised it was sorted, then completely ghosted us right before a launch, leaving our calendar wide open and broken. Honestly, after dealing with that, I realized you cannot rely on fragile tech or random freelancers to handle your client pipeline. A managed team is the only real way to scale without constantly babysitting the system.
Quick question
Hey everyone! Quick question for those already getting clients with GoHighLevel. what was the first niche that worked for you? I'm trying to decide where to focus.

Picking that first niche is a massive headache when you're just starting out and trying to figure out which direction to go. We've all lived that nightmare where you finally win a client, hire a freelancer to handle the fulfillment, and the next day they either ghost you or completely break a client's GoHighLevel snapshot. It's exhausting when you're just trying to keep your head above water. Honestly, the only real way to scale past that chaos and protect your reputation is to stop relying on individual freelancers and use a managed team instead. It takes the daily tech headaches and babysitting completely off your plate.
