Calorie goal 1597 actual 1377, Carb goal 150g, Fat goal 45g, Protein goal 148g. This challenge was quite a balancing act counting macros. It definitely sped up my fat loss and muscle gain. This will continue to be a habit for me. I never would have figured this out on my own.
