Emotional intelligence|note|Assignment no 4
🧑💻🧑💻🧑💻🧑💻 Emotional intelligence 1Being right intellectually, but failing emotionally? 🙎🙎🙎🙎🧏🧏 I was correct in my thinking, but my tone and approach hurt the other person. Because of that, my idea wasn’t accepted. Using EQ, I could have shown empathy and communicated calmly, which might have led to a better outcome. ⛅⛅⛅🌥️🌥️🌥️🌥️ 2. Facing pressure or sudden change Under unexpected pressure, I reacted emotionally instead of thinking clearly. Stress controlled my response. With EQ, I could pause, manage my emotions, and respond more thoughtfull 💃💃💃💃💃 3. Tension due to differences or ego A difference in opinion turned into tension because ego took over. No one felt heard. Emotional awareness could have helped me listen better and reduce conflict instead of escalating it. 🎠🎠🎠🎠🎠 4. Praise or success affecting attitude After receiving praise, I became overly confident and less open to others. Applying EQ would mean staying humble, appreciating teamwork, and maintaining healthy relationships. ☄️🦚🦚🦚🦚🦚🦚 5. EQ for long-term success IQ helps achieve goals, but EQ helps sustain them. By understanding emotions—mine and others’—I can build trust, maintain relationships, and grow steadily over time. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1gwWesfjglLOwipbDvAJWv1dCX2LKC0pnk9F9PkXYVFs/edit?usp=drivesdk @Maria Ijaz @Shayan Ahmed @Soban Ahmed @Sobia Nazik A am waiting yout feedback Miss Rukhsana khan
