@Chuen Gerber I loved Stargate and watched all episodes of the series. I think all humans are star children, genetically anyway. Just like we have different ethnicities on earth sharing similar beliefs, I think it's the same with star families, not 'genetic' similarity but spiritual similarity. I believe school earth is a PhD level experience, life is scary at the moment but it's a cycle, it will get better, as has been the case through earth's history, cycles of dark ages and then good times. It's hard times that force us to go within and seek out peace. Personally i am trying very hard to find time to go within but life's chores get in the way. That's my personal challenge to prioritise me time to go within. I am treating myself to a one hour floatation tank experience in York, being trapped for an hour in a dark and quiet space will hopefully force my monkey brain to go to sleep. Tried different meditations for years, nothing helped with mind chatter. That's why I am here, tried every new spiritual trend and read books by gurus. And back to square 1. Gnosticism at age 21 which started my spiritual journey.
