My dinner tonightπβ¦β¦
Sweet&Sour Pork Ribs/Stir-fried clams with oyster sauce /Stir-fried lettuce/Winter melon soup/Rice β¦I spent 2hours in the kitchen and 20 mins on the dining table π
I can see why some people donβt like cooking.But cooking is fun when you really enjoy it.Itβs time all to myself.Cooking with the music is even better!!

@Jenny Yu Yes the intermittent fasting .I actually did that for couple of years before to improve my insulin resistance so I can get pregnant naturally without medications π.And it worked like a charm.It does benefit our body a lot more than we can ever realize.I should try it again !I put on a lot of weight after my son was born π
οΌI donβt get it .Raising a child is overwhelming and how come we still put on weight π!

AI is taking over the world and replacing humans!
I gave Doubao (ByteDance's AI tool) three model photos and asked it to only change the outfits to denim, without altering the face, pose, or background. And it gave me THIS!!! OMG, not only are the results incredibly polished and natural, but it even enhanced the image quality compared to my original photos! Then, I gave it another reference image and asked to merge two iconsβand it generated a completely new combined version! So damn impressive! π±"
