Working Moms: You Don't Need More Time, You Need Less Mental Load
You can be successful at work, build a business, take care of your children, keep the house running, remember everyone's appointments, answer the messages, plan the meals, manage the schedules, and still feel like you're failing at something. You're not. Sometimes the problem isn't that you're not organized enough. It's that you're carrying too much. Motherhood comes with an invisible mental load that doesn't clock out when your workday ends. You might finish a meeting and immediately start thinking about dinner. You might be working on your business while remembering that your child needs new shoes. You might finally sit down at night and realize your brain is still running through tomorrow's list. And sometimes, what you actually need isn't another productivity system. You need support. You need permission to stop measuring your worth by how much you can accomplish in one day. You need spaces where you can talk about motherhood without having to pretend you've got everything figured out. And you need to remember that being a good mother doesn't mean being available, productive, patient, organized and emotionally regulated every minute of every day. You're a human being, too. To all the working moms, mom entrepreneurs, professionals and mothers carrying more than anyone realizes: I see you. What is one thing currently sitting on your mental load that you wish someone else could take off your plate? If you know a mom who needs this reminder, feel free to share it with her. 🌿 🇨🇦 English Community: https://www.skool.com/anami-roots-birth-motherhood-3430/about?ref=658dbfe0ca5846eaa2770e6a62e4c0b7 🇵🇹 Portuguese Community: https://www.skool.com/maternidade-anami-roots-5331/about?ref=658dbfe0ca5846eaa2770e6a62e4c0b7

Moms: Which Season of Motherhood Are You In Right Now?
Motherhood doesn't look the same for every woman, and that's exactly why I created Anami Roots Academy differently. Instead of expecting every mother to start in the same place, Anami Roots is organized into Journeys. You choose the path that actually reflects where you are right now. 🌿 🌱 I Am Healing From My Own Childhood For the mom who is beginning to recognize how her own childhood, relationships, experiences and wounds show up in the way she mothers. This journey is about self-awareness, healing, breaking cycles and learning that you can create something different without needing to become a perfect parent. 🤍 I Want to Become an Emotionally Safe Parent For the mom who wants to understand her child's emotions, communicate differently, regulate herself, repair after difficult moments and build a relationship rooted in connection rather than fear. This isn't about becoming a perfect mom. It's about becoming a more present, conscious and emotionally safe one. 🤰 I Am Pregnant or Preparing for Birth For pregnant moms who want more than a hospital bag checklist. This journey includes pregnancy, birth preparation, understanding your options, preparing your birth partner, advocating for yourself and entering birth feeling more informed and supported. 🌸 I Am Recovering After Birth For the mother who is already holding her baby and realizing that she needs care too. Postpartum isn't only about the baby. It's about your body, your emotions, your identity, your relationships, your recovery and the transition into this completely new chapter. 🏡 I Want a Calmer Home For moms who are tired of feeling like their home is constantly chaotic, emotionally overwhelming or impossible to keep up with. This journey looks at parenting, routines, connection, boundaries, nervous-system regulation and creating a home that feels more peaceful — without expecting you to create a picture-perfect home. And the beautiful thing is: You don't have to choose just one forever. You might enter Anami Roots while pregnant...

Moms: Your Child's Big Emotions Don't Mean You're a Bad Parent
One of the hardest parts of parenting isn't dealing with your child's emotions. It's dealing with what their emotions bring up inside you. Your child screams. You feel yourself getting overwhelmed. They refuse to cooperate. You feel disrespected. They have a meltdown in public. You feel embarrassed. They keep asking for something after you've already said no. You feel your patience disappearing. And suddenly you're not just responding to your child anymore. You're responding from your own nervous system, your own childhood, your own experiences of what happened when you had big feelings. That's why becoming a more emotionally safe parent isn't about never getting frustrated. It's about learning to pause long enough to ask: “What is happening for my child , and what is happening for me right now?” You don't have to be perfectly calm. You don't have to get every response right. You don't have to raise a child who never cries, screams, argues or has a meltdown. You can be a loving parent and still lose your patience sometimes. The goal isn't perfection. The goal is repair. The goal is connection. The goal is slowly creating a home where your child learns: “My feelings are allowed. My parent can handle my feelings. And even when things go wrong, our relationship is still safe.” And maybe that's one of the most powerful ways we can change what gets passed down from one generation to the next. Moms, what is one thing your child's emotions have taught you about yourself? If you know a mom who is trying to parent differently from how she was raised, feel free to share this with her. 🇨🇦 English Community: https://www.skool.com/anami-roots-birth-motherhood-3430/about?ref=658dbfe0ca5846eaa2770e6a62e4c0b7 🇵🇹 Portuguese Community: https://www.skool.com/maternidade-anami-roots-5331/about?ref=658dbfe0ca5846eaa2770e6a62e4c0b7

Moms: You Can Love Your Children and Still Miss Your Old Life
We do not talk enough about this part of motherhood. You can look at your children and feel an overwhelming amount of love... …and still miss the woman you were before you became a mother. You can miss sleeping without interruption. You can miss spontaneous plans. You can miss having time completely to yourself. You can miss your career, your hobbies, your freedom, your body, your identity, your old routines. You can even miss the version of yourself who could walk out the door without packing half the house. 😂 And none of that means you love your children any less. It means you're human. Motherhood doesn't erase the woman you were. You're allowed to grow into someone new without abandoning every part of who you used to be. Maybe motherhood isn't about “finding yourself again.” Maybe it's about getting to know yourself as this version of you, the mother, the woman, the dreamer, the professional, the friend, the person with needs and desires beyond motherhood. Your children don't need you to disappear into being their mother. They need to know that being a mother is one beautiful part of who you are, not the entirety of who you are. So here's your reminder today: You are allowed to miss your old life while still deeply loving your life now. What is one part of your pre-motherhood life that you secretly miss? And if you know a mom who needs permission to feel this way, send this to her. 🌿 🇨🇦 English Community: https://www.skool.com/anami-roots-birth-motherhood-3430/about?ref=658dbfe0ca5846eaa2770e6a62e4c0b7 🇵🇹 Portuguese Community: https://www.skool.com/maternidade-anami-roots-5331/about?ref=658dbfe0ca5846eaa2770e6a62e4c0b7
