Welcome Weekend
Take a breath… you made it through the week. Even if it felt full… even if your mind is still carrying things… you’re allowed to slow down now. Here’s something gentle to remember: 🌺 When your nervous system has been “on” all week, it doesn’t switch off just because it’s the weekend. That’s why it can feel hard to truly rest… even when you finally have the time. So instead of trying to force yourself to relax… just give your body a small signal that it’s safe to soften. 🌿 Try this simple reset: - 1–2 drops of lavender (to soften)or orange (to lighten) - Inhale slowly - Let your shoulders drop - Exhale longer than you inhale Just one moment. That’s enough. You don’t have to fix everything this weekend. You don’t have to catch up on it all. You can just… come back to yourself. 💜

Lavender for me and it's helping relax my neck, shoulders, jaw. I'm in the dark (due to bad, bad headaches the last few days) and just minimizing looking at screens which is hard to do when you want to get things done 😅.

I did lavender and I absolutely noticed my shoulders and neck tension release. I've been dealing with some jaw pains (possibly related to sinus issues I've had). Every bit helps!!
This Week: Life, Oils and Power
This week has been so busy. It didn’t go as I’d planned. Life and the needs of those I love took over like Calgon and carried me away. (IYKYK) And that’s ok. I’m good with it. I used a beautiful blend to keep my energy up. Another one to fight the virus that’s coming at me. And still another one to study for my sermon. (Yes. If you didn’t know. I’m also a Pastor 🙏🏾) Life is unpredictable. Even when we’ve got it all scheduled! 😂 I’m glad that my anchor holds in the Solid Rock of Jesus. And His Blood covers! My Essential Oils are doing what they do! I’m suited up in the Armor of God. But Power belongs to Him! HalleluYah and Amen! 🙏🏾 What’s your week’s win?

Aww Patricia, I can empathize with that :) I will continue to pray for you and loved ones. I think my TEENY wins came at the end of the week--I made a linkout page of my offers for Instagram. And I am working on two challenges for list-building, but I still need to put the slides and workbooks together--which I hope I can get one done this weekend. Feeling like this week wasn't completely a-wash hehe. Lavender has been my go-to to stay calm.
