Ad spend is getting higher, so you niche down and improve your targeting to get your ads in front of the right people Also, you improve your product so you get the benefits of positive word of mouth and referrals 2. Increase Average LTV - EX. you sell 100$/M group Most people churn on month 6 Offer annual pricing that's 6 months paid 6 months free So it's 100$ a month or 600$ annual You're losing your customers at month 6 anyway, so giving the next 6 months away free makes it more likely they will stick around for years 2,3,4+ This is for people that's here for the long game, if your here to pump and dump a community and make a quick buck don't worry about this :) 🖕(joke, btw) Don't do pump and dumps I used to focus on just revenue Now, all I care about is making my customers worth more and finding better ways to get them Don't just build a churn machine where people leave after the first month, you have to go hunting for new customers every month (it's a miserable existence) for me, anyways To simplify How to increase LTV: - Raise prices/ have an annual offer - Upsell, cross-sell, down-sell into other offers - Decrease churn - Improve your product - get reffeals and positive word of month How to decrease CAC: - Improve your offer - Optimize your funnel - Target better customers - Word of mouth/referrals also helps Hope this helps!

I wasted about a year on Skool without making any real money. I kept changing my group—always thinking there was a better idea. Here’s a 3-step framework that helped me simplify my idea and figure out exactly who I was going to help: 1. Pick One of These Niches: Health, Wealth, or Relationships In my opinion, these are evergreen. Most businesses—especially service-based ones—fit into one of these three categories. Example: “Helping busy dads get in shape without the gym” (Health + Time Scarcity) 2. List Out Pain Points You See Look into other Skool communities and read what people are complaining about. Example from a Skool group: “I can’t stay consistent with content creation” → Could be a content accountability group 3. Message People an Offer Don’t ask for money. Just say: “Hey, I’m testing something to help people with [problem]. Want to try it free?” I try to do about 50 reach-outs a day. Get results for these people → Use the results as a way to advertise → Turn it into a paid offer. You just need one person to say, “Yeah, I’ll pay you to help me.” And if you can find one person, you can find more. That’s your business. For anyone that feels stuck, I highly recommend considering reaching out 1-1 here's some math on this 100 reach outs per day x 30 days = 3,000 the extreme low end for conversions (this is my experience could be different for you) - conversion rate of 10% (this is low end) would get you 300 members PER MONTH You can easily do 100 reach outs per day in 2 hours Replace your time on Ig and tik tok with out reaches!! Where to start? For me the warmer the audience the higher the conversion rate Start with people who know you! you'll get the quick wins and momentum to keep going

This is something I am committing to daily for the next month I turn on a stopwatch - I send dm's, emails, text messages untill it hits 1 Hour people on skool, communities I'm in, people who kinda know me I am starting a conversation with all of them Every time I get distracted or do anything that's not sending a message, I stop the timer this is how I'm going to get to 2k members by April 30th If I do an hour a day of reach outs - that's 540 reach outs per day times 30 that's 16,200 reach outs my conversion rate for my about page is 30% 30% of 16,200 is 4,860 this is what doing so much work that it is unreasonable that you wouldn't win looks like
