Happy Launch Day ✨ I think it’s all the decisions that need to be made. You really have no idea of just how many decisions you are going to be asked to make. And many are things you never would have thought of when thinking of colours and bench tops. Like the height of plumbing fixtures and what size skirting boards etc. It can be so overwhelming. To have that help all in one place is such a brilliant idea. 🥂

@Kate Vale yes I have access to all the information now, thank you again. I will read through them over the next few days. I really do think these will be invaluable for a lot of people. I use google to search for info but it’s not always Australian and can be frustrating.

These look really good Kate. I’m going to start with the topics that I want more info about and then work through the rest. I have read the wardrobe sheet and found it very informative with the recommended heights and spacing dimensions. If you were going to diy with flat packs are these recommended spacings and heights something that is universal? I’m thinking of the person who wants to keep a budget under control and has some skills to build their own with flat packs. Also are there recommendations for better quality flat packs? I liked that you had a ‘designer’ list for those who might like to add some extra features to really elevate the space. And some of these features could be incorporated into a diy project to give it some pizazz without breaking the bank. I want to read it again but they were my first thoughts. Cheers Lynne🥂

WELCOME!
To my wonderful beta testers! Thank you so much for your support, I am so excited to build and develop this platform (with your so valued insight) I have been an Interior Designer for about 10 years now. Whilst I still learn everyday, I have picked up a lot in that time. Every mistake, every sleepless night and every success has taught me. So, believe me when I tell you, I understand the overwhelm of renovating and building. I understand the worry of not knowing if you're making the right decision. What if you mess the whole thing up? What if you make a mistake that you can't fix? What if you end up hating the end result? I've got you. This is exactly why I created this. So, what is it? It's not a course. But, you will still get all of the info. What I have created is a guide that will step you through all of the decisions that need to made during a build or reno. For each subject or topic, I will either have created a short video talking on the subject, or have written a quick guide. You can take what you need, when you need it and leave the rest. Total flexibility. No modules to complete. No homework. Just clarity, answers and guidance. Please be patient with me as I figure this out. I will be adding more subjects as I can (whilst working full time, and parenting (more than) full time. And please, please, share your feedback, constructive or otherwise. I really believe this will be very informative and a great way to bounce ideas around and get the information needed when renovating or building.
