All of the above can be hard to get right but I honestly think lightning and power points layout is the hardest to get right. Mainly because it’s not something you see a lot of. Kitchen planners and bathroom planners are easily found but lighting doesn’t seem to get the same attention.

Thanks Kate, this is a project that will probably take the rest of the year to complete.. has to be done on weekends and I’m just in the planning stage of the interior… ie it’s still just ideas in my head. The exterior is mostly done and there are internal walls but just at stud stage and no internal cladding has been done. Still throwing around ideas for the walls in the bedroom.. maybe some sort of wainscoting… but still a lot of decisions to be made. I know I want carpet and something similar to the carpet you are using in those bedrooms. I want a custom bed head in a fabric, something warm and luxe. I will definitely send you some pics a little further on and hopefully you can do a feedback for me. I just thought if no one jumped on your offer for this week you maybe could talk about colours … didn’t want you to feel like no one wanted your help. 😊

I think I know how I want this to look but then you start second guessing yourself and I wonder if I’m stuck in a look that I won’t like in a couple of years. I would love to do this in a few weeks or so. It would be amazing to get feedback from you. I need to give you some background to our ‘build’ and it’s not a regular house build. Loving the colours and I think I spy my new favourite stone which is just so gorgeous. I’m also obsessed with the mesh finish as a really nice way to add texture and interest… so beautiful. This will be lovely to see how it progresses.

Happy Launch Day ✨ I think it’s all the decisions that need to be made. You really have no idea of just how many decisions you are going to be asked to make. And many are things you never would have thought of when thinking of colours and bench tops. Like the height of plumbing fixtures and what size skirting boards etc. It can be so overwhelming. To have that help all in one place is such a brilliant idea. 🥂

@Kate Vale yes I have access to all the information now, thank you again. I will read through them over the next few days. I really do think these will be invaluable for a lot of people. I use google to search for info but it’s not always Australian and can be frustrating.
