Over the years my work has grown in many directions 🔄🌠 🌠Meditations. 🌠Psychology. 🌠Dowsing/Soul Resonance. 🌠Spiritual Practices. 🌠Soul Regressions. 🌠Breath practices. 🌠Reflection and journaling. 🌠Physical applications/practices (herbal prescribing/yoga) At times it probably looked like a collection of different ideas. But inside the work, I could always see the thread connecting them: ➿mind, body and soul work weaving together like a tapestry. Each piece supports a different aspect of becoming more aligned & attuned with yourself — physically, emotionally, mentally, energetically and spiritually. Strength 💪 and Balance ⚖️ The concept of Higher Love however, came out of the 90 day Prayer-Meditation-Journaling practice I undertook a couple of years ago. A practice designed to spiritualise the chakras and open to the Higher Centres. 💗🩶💜🤍 A practice to clear Karma across lifetimes, so that it is not there in your future. 🔁💫 A practice that frees you (and the Earth) from the burden of unhelpful and toxic energetic threads, so you have the absolute freedom to create ANEW. And then to Bring It into Being. Fully Human. Fully Divine. At Every Centre. 🙏✨💖 So I asked the question: Why this teaching? Why do we need to do this? And the answer came: So that you can manifest a Higher Love Higher Love is a way of living (and loving) with greater awareness of what we carry, what we create, and what we contribute. It invites us to meet ourselves, our relationships and the world with compassion, conscious choice and responsibility — transforming old patterns rather than simply passing them on. And then expressing the absolute beauty that this freedom brings 🙌 Here is a map of how I want to offer the ideas and teachings that have come from both my studies & personal experiences, but most importantly... the teachings given through this meditation experience⚛️ Not as a rigid system, but as a way to show how these practices live together - Alive in You, and Alive in Me.
