Good morning, sweet friends. Today is a big day for me โ€” it is my last day of work for the 2025โ€“2026 school year. And whewโ€ฆ if you are a teacher, work in schools, have kids finishing school, or youโ€™ve just been moving through a busy season of life, you probably know this feeling. There is excitement. There is relief. There is tiredness. There is that โ€œI made it, but I may need to stare at a wall for a minuteโ€ kind of energy. So tonightโ€™s ๐—๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—น & ๐—๐—ผ๐˜† feels extra special. This week, weโ€™ve been focusing on celebration and transition โ€” honoring what weโ€™ve made it through and gently asking what we want this next season to feel like. The hibiscus and peppermint bring that cool, refreshing summer feeling. The lemon balm adds calm and softness. The rosehips bring brightness and nourishment. And the ginger adds just a little warmth so the blend does not feel too cold or flat. It is lovely warm, but honestly, this one is made for iced tea season. Sweet friends, we made it to Friday. Before we run straight into the weekend, letโ€™s pause for a minute and give ourselves credit. This week, we talked about ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ด๐˜†, ๐—ฟ๐—ต๐˜†๐˜๐—ต๐—บ, ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ด๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐—น๐—ฒ ๐˜€๐˜‚๐—ฝ๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐˜. We checked in with what kind of energy we actually needed. We talked about steady energy instead of forced energy. We made space for tea, journaling, reflection, and little acts of care.
