Sweet friends, our Sunday Reset is happening today at 5:00 PM CST. This is our gentle weekly pause before a new week begins — not to plan everything perfectly, but to choose a few small things that help us feel more supported. 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘄𝗲’𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 🌿 One focus word for the week 🫖 One tea ritual 📖 One journal moment 🥗 One simple meal idea 💜 One thing we’re ready to release ✨ One small step we want to take We’ll be using the 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝗹 + 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 for this reset. Sunday Check-In: A Gentle Start Before June 🌿
Sweet friends, happy Sunday. Tomorrow starts the 𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝟯𝟬-𝗱𝗮𝘆 posting challenge that I’ll be participating in, and I’m excited — also a little nervous, which usually means it matters. Check the calendar for all the new events happening. This challenge is about showing up more consistently, sharing more of what I’m creating, and getting more comfortable being visible. And honestly, that connects beautifully with what we’re building here. 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀 🌿 more wellness conversations 🫖 more tea rituals 📖 more journal pages 💜 more encouragement ✨ more videos 🌸 more ways to support this community I’m not starting the live Sunday morning meditation just yet — that will begin next week. For today, I’m going to do what we’ve been doing: I’ll choose one meditation from the classroom and share it with you so you still have a calm Sunday practice to come back to. 𝑵𝒐 𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒆. Sweet friends, quick update for today: I am not having Tea & Talk today because I’ve officially moved it to a new summer time. Starting this summer, Tea & Talk will be on Fridays at 8:00 AM CST. I’ve also added/updated several things on the community calendar, so please take a peek when you get a chance.
