Canceling Last Minute
I used to get so excited when I said “yes” to an invitation. I'd imagine myself going, smiling, feeling confident, blending in with ease. But when the day came, my chest would tighten, and the anxiety would start whispering: “You’re not ready. You’ll say something dumb. They’ll notice how nervous you are.” An hour before the event, I'd be staring at my phone, typing and retyping a message to cancel. The relief I felt right after hitting send was almost addictive. But later, I'd feel disappointed in myself—not because I stayed home, but because I wanted to go... and fear won again. Have you ever canceled plans due to anxiety? What would make showing up feel easier for you?

@Patrick Walsh I do that 98% of the time. I miss out on luncheons, group events and even to my friends and family. For me to feel comfortable to show up, I would have to do a lot of affirmations and meditations to relax me.
Do you want to work with me 1 on 1?
I used to struggle with social anxiety—overthinking every interaction, avoiding social events, and feeling stuck in my own head. But now, I feel confident and at ease in any social setting. Conversations flow naturally, and socializing no longer feels like a battle. Going from socially anxious to thriving in social situations is totally possible—and I want to help you get there too. I’m looking for one person to personally work with 1:1 for free to help you go from socially anxious to feeling calm, confident, and in control in any social setting. If you want to break free from social anxiety and step into confidence, DM me “CONFIDENT” and let’s chat!

@Patrick Walsh Yes! I am willing to work one on one with you for free. I feel very confident we will work well together. I do my best work doing one on one. So I appreciate it very much., I need to work on anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia, and all my other hang ups. I can’t wait to start. Why are you in the Somatic ➕IQ sessions and also are you a mentor? Like today I had no freaking idea we had a ZOOM meeting never the less. And of course I was busy all day long. I am going to bed now. Have a good night 😴

Do you "pre-game" before going out?
No, I'm not talking about drinking alcohol before you leave the house. I'm talking about getting yourself in the right mindset to calm your nerves before being social. I always had conflicting feelings before leaving the house. I wanted to be social and see friends and family, but I didn't want to feel the anxiety that went with it. In the car ride there I would repeat one or two affirmations to calm myself and ease my nerves. And then two or three deep breaths as I'm walking towards the place I'm going. This would help me a lot! Do you want my top 10 favorite affirmations?? Just comment "AFFIRMATIONS" below

I do not drink alcohol. I just tell myself I will be ok. I have an issue about going to the grocery store. It gives me anxiety.
Meditation with a mirror??
I put up a new youtube video, and added it to the classroom in Skool. Watch , and then try it out!

I do affirmations every morning and before I go to sleep at night. I think that affirmations are very uplifting. They make you feel better, give you more confidence in yourself and esteem. The more I do all of the positive affirmations the better I feel, I want to do things again.
