Stacking

Hello Ladies I am new here and love the all women approach. I found out a few months ago that I have 3 slipped disks in my c-spine, I am currently stacking klow, Kisspeptin, Reta, and cartalax . I want to add ARA-290 and a 5amino blend that I am waiting for. I do cartalax at night everything else in the morning. I am going through menopause and a month ago I fell and broke my wrist had surgery done with a plate and 10 screws placed I feel like everything happened at once and I don’t know if I need to wait on any of these cycles or push through

Hello! I am so sorry all of this has happened to you at all - let alone all at once. 💕 I take a few of these you mentioned and one difference is I take the KLOW with Catalax in the evening. Only a few weeks in but I do think they are helping. KLOW really gives me a sore spot but the Cartalax is awesome. interested in what other comments you get for healing ❤️‍🩹 esp with the menopause factor. Hang in there!
