Here’s how… This is some shiz… Travis said something on a call this week that stuck sideways in @Tony Teegarden's head and he shared it with me this morn’n. A community doing $3,333 a month throws off the SAME annual cash as a million dollars sitting in a brokerage account at four percent. 🤯 And we don’t even have to wait 30 years for it to get to that point... I'd given my boss the middle finger award in February of that year. And I KNEW I would 100% be attending his graduation LIVE and IN PERSON! Committing to ONE HOUR a day took me 2-ish years... But... I didn't understand the RENTAL MODEL of income VERSUS the SALES MODEL of income. I tried several "sales model" businesses. "Flipping" items/services and such. It didn't work (at first) because I had to start over at $0 every single month. And I'm NOT talking about a SUBSCRIPTION business.
