Adopt a goldfish mentality !
Most people have a bad sales call, a bad day, get a couple no’s, next thing you know… the whole week us screwed When that starts to happen, you need to think like a goldfish after 90 seconds…. They don’t! They forget!! One thing that has helped is resetting expectations and focusing on what you did WELL! On the call. What you focus on becomes your reality What’s your mental reset to get yourself back in the right state?

"You can have a bad 15 minutes, but not a bad day" Breathwork is such a powerful reset for me - it applies to every situation
