Link: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/89152972741 Our agenda: -We'll talk more about reaching out to potential lead buyers, scripts, etc., and pre-selling the areas we have built, as well as selling buyers in new areas too. -Discuss where/how to search and find potential buyers. -Website changes - "Local LeadGrid". -Q&A if any... Seeya tomorrow!

FYI all, I posted email, cold call, and social media DM scripts for the new lead gen websites today. We're starting at $297 a month for the first area, and $197 for additional areas they want to claim. Only ONE contractor gets all the calls in an area. We have around 12 areas available right now, first come first served. (this is what we covered in depth on last week's call) Happy selling! I sold rank and rent website in my agency in the past... around 12 years ago however... and they were VERY different than what we have today. (they had 50,000+ pages each) You can see what R&R sites are here: https://youtu.be/HraTS0yT058 . I created these sites only 3 WEEKS ago, and we had our first two leads come today! One was a phone call needing a garage door fixed, and the other was a forom from someone needing their basement floor looked at. (water) BTW... while I've done SEO for 15 + years and know what I'm doing, I did NOTHING (yet) to rank these sites except let the builder create the outline and hand it to AI Studio to build... and page 1 in 3 weeks. if you want to know where the builder came from (no, I didn't create it) it came from here: https://aisprinkled.com/rankandrent . So we're rolling! BTW, I'm also willing to build these sites for other agency owners, in addition to contractors. (I'll be making an annoucement soon)
