@Jonathan Dejesus you’d think so but the broker (young kid) shot it down immediately. Apparently the seller doesn’t like the idea of being in 2nd position. It may be a long shot, but raising the 40% (or negotiating them down) is the move at this point But if someone can magically convince the kid to the present the Morby Method, I’d be happy to reproach the conversation
