Multifamily JV Opportunity!

Hey Investors!

I had recently reached out to Pace to see if he'd be interested in a partnership for a deal I'm looking at here in my 'backyard'.

His team initially expressed interest but unfortunately saw the location and stated that he isn't investing in Florida. However, his team did encourage I reach out to other members and see if any individual(s) would be interested in a partnership.
