Em improvisation
Found this backing track in YouTube and decided to give it a go. This is kinda interesting to me as it highlights a lot of the problems I have while improv. One of them is that I break the groove often making my improvisation to sound "awkward" and I kinda run of Ideas and end up repeating the same licks. I also decided to do some tapping. A technique that I never used but I wanted to give it a go as well
Very excited.
That's my first time in a vibe like this.so blessings.

What Are Your Top 3 Struggles and Top 3 Goals on Guitar?
I have 2 questions for all the intermediate guitarists. What are your 3 most painful problems on the instrument? and What are your 3 deepest desires you wish to achieve on the instrument? Your answers will directly shape the content and support I create here. The more specific you are, the more I can tailor what I post to help you solve those exact problems and move you toward those goals Let me know in the comments below 👇

Phrasing, keeping groove while soloing and playing over changes. I guess the first two can be the same thing. But sometimes I feel like my solos lack phrasing and doesn't fit the groove of what is underneath. Also, I'm still struggling to play over changes as sometimes I feel like I'm just chasing target notes without any musical direction. Still working on all of those issues, I know I will be able to get it done it's just a matter or patience and perseverance
Blue lagoon solo
I tried to remember one of my favourite solos from my favourite guitarist. So here it it, I'd say I got it at least 98% right haha

Mint jams! Nice live session by Casiopea! Yeah, that's the music I'm into like Japanese jazz fusion with city pop vibes. Fun fact: Casiopea's guitarist Issei Noro gave a concert with Masayoshi Takanaka my favourite guitarist. Yeah, that's a surfboard guitar

Awesome! Hope you can go. I wasn't able to go and see him when he came to Los Angeles. But he is returning next year. Sadly there aren't any concerts in Mexico so I will have to go to the US to see him
