Hi guys. Paul here. I wanted to make a post about the stigmas about taking and opening up. There is a massive stigma on men about showing emotions and staying silent. Now this is definitely not just men. It's everyone. The stresses of life can get to all of us. Be it at work In sports or health issues. No one should ever be alone and if anyone ever needs to talk then I think this group is a great place to do it. Most people on here don't know each other they don't judge eachother and are willing to have a conversation. Please feel free to reach out if anyone young or old want to talk about anything. I have unfortunately seen the results of people that don't talk and keep everything to themselves. Apologies if the post is a little deep. But definitely think it was worth doing.

It’s not by J4K but I got a glove wash bag for Christmas - It comes with a special laundry detergent. You put the gloves inside of the bag and you throw it into the washing machine - I can’t wait to have pure white gloves again…
