I just finished some footwork drills that I will try to shadowbox with in the future. I am looking forward to learning MMA specific combos and take down set ups in the future 💪

Hello, I am a 29yo martial arts enthusiast with health problems which keep me from training regularly and inside of a gym but I am psyched about drilling techniques on my own when my health allows me to. Before, I trained a little bit of judo, and a lot of karate and capoeira. I even started MMA classes for a few months until my health deteriorated. Sites like this allow me to reconnect with my passion.

Hey everyone, just a quick update for July. This month I’ll be taking a break from our usual monthly theme, but don’t worry – I’ll still be posting plenty of helpful content for you guys. Also, exciting news: Coach Malachy will be visiting me early next week, so we’ll be filming a ton of awesome stuff for you. And one more thing – we’re working on our first paid course, and I promise it will be unlike anything you’ve ever seen. This will be a true MMA course, focused on connecting the arts, with deep dives into takedown entries and transitional striking – how to flow seamlessly from strikes to takedowns and back again.
