tuning back into the right station tonight
just got back to the house after finishing up my last training sessions on the water and i am completely wiped. usually coaching gives me a ton of good energy but today i was just totally out of it. i was overthinking my instructions, getting annoyed at the choppy water, and just felt completely out of sync with everything. i came home, sat out on the porch, and realized my internal radio was tuned to pure static. my mind was still buzzing from a stressful road trip issue over the weekend, a broken truck alternator i have to fix, and a bunch of random worries about the upcoming month. while i was sitting there looking at the trees i remembered that video here where pavel breaks down how our body actually responds to sound and frequency. he talked about how when our brains are overloaded we get stuck in this super fast, jagged frequency, and you literally can't force yourself to feel calm just by thinking about it. your biology is just vibrating at a totally different, frantic rate. he mentioned how using specific low-frequency tones can actually pull your brainwaves back down into a slower, steadier rhythm. it actually inspired me to try something different tonight instead of just cracking a beer or scrolling my phone. i stayed out on the porch, pulled up one of those low-frequency tracks on my speaker, closed my eyes, and just focused entirely on the heavy, deep vibration of the sound filling the space. there is still such a massive, frustrating gap between that grounded, easy flow and the frantic mental static i've been carrying all month. i didn't magically fix my truck or solve my week, but just consciously choosing to shift my focus to that slower frequency helped my chest loosen up. it is wild how much energy we waste trying to force things when we just need to drop the noise and tune back into a better channel.

@Chelsea Kallis So true! Taking a pause helps us approach things with a clearer mind.
Can you reverse and prevent future health problems caused by chronic stress/anxiety?
Hi all So for the last 5 years I’ve been in constant state of stress caused by anxiety, which I’m working on it now to control it and manage it. That stress has caused me daily insomnia, overeating, and bad habits overall, in most of the days. Now that I’m being able to manage it, I’m afraid of the damage I’ve caused to my body because of this. I’m afraid I’ll get cancer or other health problem, because of the connection to stress. Now I’m exercising regularly , eating healthy, and I’m sleeping well, but now I wonder if there is something else I can do prevent any future problem caused by this. Are there any studies on this? Or the damage is permanent? Thank you

@Louise Aquino Thank you for your kind and encouraging words! It means a lot to be reminded to focus on the present and give the body time to recover.

@Louise Aquino It’s nice to discover simple practices that help us feel better. I’m curious to explore the frequencies more!
October Big NEWS at Earth 2.0: Our Next Chapter Starts Together
Happy October, beautiful Earth 2.0 family. I wanted to take a moment to connect with you, share a little of what’s been happening in our world, and hear what’s happening in yours. There is so much I’m grateful for right now, and so much of it comes back to the people here. Thank you for being part of this community and for continuing to show up for yourselves and one another. We have just finished the most beautiful eight-week cohort with people literally from all over the world, pretty much on every continent. I’m still taking it all in. Getting to spend those weeks together, witnessing what everyone was moving through, and having a space where we could bring our whole selves—it means so much to me. For those who were with us, I would love to hear what stayed with you. What shifted? What are you bringing into your life now? We’re getting ready to release the next one, and I’m excited to share it with you. If you feel a calling to join us, just comment “RSVP” below. Everything is personally curated, so we’ll have a call together first to connect, hear where you are, and see whether this is the right next step for you. You can take a look here: https://www.upperaeon.com/pages/cohort2?r=5#top Tonight, we come back together. Our next State of Cohesion experience is tonight, October 7, from 7–8 PM Chicago time. We’ll move through our System Reset practices, breathe, move, and come back to iEssence meditation. We’ll also make space for what’s happening in our lives—the latest discoveries, the wins, and the places where we’re being asked to grow. This is something I love about coming together in Unity Cohesion. We get to learn from one another, reflect together, and bring what we’re experiencing into the way we actually live. Come as you are. I’m looking forward to being with you. Here’s our link for tonight: https://zoom.us/j/98796638618 Later this month, we have a conversation I’ve been waiting to bring to you.

There’s something special about growing together with people from different parts of the world. Every shared experience brings a new perspective and a chance to learn more about ourselves.
State of Cohesion October Recording - Where in Your Life Is More Love Needed? Reflections From Last Night
Beautiful Earth 2.0 family, Thank you, thank you for coming together last night. After a month of travel, recovery, and everything we’ve been moving through, it meant so much to share this space with you again. I said this at the end of our call, and I really feel it: the right people, at the right time, with the right chemistry. Each of you brings something into this space. You made last night what it was, and I’m so grateful. Recording: https://zoom.us/rec/share/98msW4Jih0gcgM0BLXLfZ-C7F7bwxFrHXT-J_XT_Ve3AdXw_LyPHOC8b9Hy7MCOs.qCp4XU-Ltgna9e-e?startTime=1791417825000 Passcode: %S+?o#y9 For those who couldn’t join us, I wanted to share a little of the journey and some reflections you can take into your own life. We moved through three rounds of breath, working with the past, the present, and what we’re calling into this next month. We made space to release, appreciate, and get clear, then settled into the heart and the stillness together. One of the questions we sat with was: Where in my life is more love needed? Maybe it’s in a relationship. Maybe it’s something you’ve been resisting or a part of yourself you’ve been judging. Can you pause long enough to hear what needs your attention? What needs to be seen, felt, acknowledged? Sometimes we’re moving so quickly that we don’t give ourselves that moment. We started by looking back at the past month. What hasn’t been working? What have you been holding onto? Where have fear, frustration, or old patterns been taking up space? Just allowing ourselves to honestly see these things is meaningful. You don’t have to judge yourself for what you find. There is room to meet yourself with love here, too. Then we came back to what IS working. This part is so important. We can spend so much time looking at what needs to change that we forget to appreciate everything we’ve already lived, created, and moved through.

My intention for October is to slow down, be more present, and give myself the same patience I try to give others. Sometimes the most important step is simply pausing and listening to what we need. Thank you, Pavel, for the reminder.
