I’m not recommending this for everyone but just reporting a way i bumped up the next grade bouldering today. I did a 3 day drinking only water (mixed with some salt) fast to help support my sister who was doing it for health reasons. Anyway hit the bouldering gym on the 3rd day and was absolutely crushing it. I lost 4kg in the process, saved some money on food and sent 4 routes i couldn’t do before relatively easily. What a way to go up a grade🤣
