I have fine/medium 1b hair with high density and Im growing out my hair for a sweepback/slickback hairstyle and was wondering of anyone knows a product that has a strong enough hold so that i dont need a hairspray for my hair to stay in place with the exception being it of there is a storm outside?

@James OHara i dont really want it to be fixed in place but more so that it has a really good hold so that my hair doesnt get completely destroyed by a little gust of wind and stays for the most part intact. I also usually bring my definition comb with me

@James OHara I was thinking about getting claymation and then using hairspray when its windy outside. Besides when I walk to school for im outside for 20 minutes then inside for the rest of the day

As a barber, I’ve noticed a massive shift in what guys now ask at the barbers. I’ve noticed a huge demand towards longer scissor cuts (which I love cutting) 🗣️ So, I wanna know - what do you guys usually ask for when getting your haircut?

Can i use a cream as a pre styler and a main styling product like a paste on top of that?

@Luca Mantra I am looking into buting a paste, but i have a cream that i love for its hydration and slight hold. I figured i wantmore hold but i am worried that it is going to cause too much build up.

Ultra volume schampoo
I wanted to try the Giovanni ultra volume schampoo and conditioner but same that the conditioner had dimeticone. Is that an issue?
