Meal update and achievement
Checked my weight this morning and I’m down to 82.5 kg! Coming all the way down from 90 kg... uff, only I know how much hard work has gone into this. But now, I feel like success is so close and my 'smart girl era' is finally making a comeback! 🫢😂 Anyway, I wasn't in the mood for roti today, so I just had a glass of sugar-free strawberry shake and two shami kababs. I've already done an hour of walking and I'll finish the rest of my steps after Maghrib."
