Our coffee chat was really fun, and somehow we ended up going down a rabbit hole about glucose, CGMs, and what actually happens in our own bodies with food, stress, sleep, call life, etc. It was one of those conversations where nobody wanted to log off 😄 So we decided… why not track together?! #MIdwiferyLab For anyone who wants to participate, it sounds like we are going to wear CGMs for a couple of weeks and then come together a few time to talk about it. I think it will be interesting to see how stress and sleep deprivation impact our glucose, and how we can connect this to midwifery nutrition counseling.... Just learning together like we always do.
