GLD: Sacred Mission #1
5 Steps to Creating Your Body-Led Ritual 1. Pause & Become Present: Find a quiet space. Maybe your altar or in nature. Close your eyes if comfortable, take three gentle breaths, and bring awareness to your body. 2. Listen to Your Body: Slowly scan from head to toe. Notice areas of tension, heaviness, warmth, ease, or discomfort without judgment or trying to change anything. 3. Identify Your Needs: Ask yourself, Does my body need rest, movement, nourishment, comfort, expression, connection, or stillness? 4. Choose Your Sacred Medicine: Create a simple ritual that honors your needs. This might be gentle movement, breathwork, tears, journaling, prayer, self-massage, sitting with nature, or lighting a candle. 5. Honor & Integrate: Close with gratitude. Notice how your body feels afterward and consider one loving action you can carry into your day. Sacred Questions to Explore During Your Ritual * What is my body communicating to me right now? * Where am I holding tension, grief, or discomfort? * If this sensation had a voice, what might it be asking for? * What would help me feel safe, supported, and nourished? * What am I ready to express, honor, or gently release? * What does loving myself look like in this moment? Remember: Your body is not something to conquer. It is a sacred relationship to nurture. Your ritual is an expression of that relationship Before next Sunday, create a ritual you can honor on a consistent basis. Whether that is every day, three times a week, or even just once a week. Perform your ritual before our next meeting and share your experience here in the comments.💗

Thank you for this layout! I feel so good reading this post because these are things I tend to do with myself already. Healing our bodies, minds, and spirits🤭.
Tear Alchemy
We can look at the life cycle of water as a reflection of our own emotional alchemical process. Just like water has no end, it only continually transforms state, so do we, & so do our emotions. I think all the water that is on this planet has been here since the beginning. All water on this planet is ancestral & deeply spiritual with the ability to store & transmit memory, intelligence, & more. This includes the water within ourselves. Our tears are also ancestral. Holding the pain, the joy, the dreams, the wisdom of our ancestors. & our “ancestors” go far beyond just our blood lineages. Our ancestors include plants, animals, elementals, & more. All sharing consciousness through water. I find it fascinating the process of crying is the same as the life cycle of water. The sun causes evaporation, leading to warm vapor rising and turning into clouds. The vapor condenses into droplets & when the clouds get too heavy or full, it rains. This water then reintegrates into the earth, regenerating, sustaining, & facilitating all of life. This is the same exact process that happens with our tears, all generated by our inner sun within the heart (the soul). Tears are sacred waters of the soul, carrying remembrance and emotions that words cannot always express. Spiritually, tears can be viewed as an offering, a sacred release of what the heart has been holding & when we allow our tears to flow freely, we honor the element of water, allowing our emotions to move naturally without resistance, shame, or judgment. As our tears fall upon Mother Earth, they become a symbolic offering of our love, sorrow, & gratitude. The same way the waters of the earth alchemize & purify the blood, sweat, & tears of our ancestors that are soaked into the land, is the same way our tears purify the imprints of our lineages. The same way water allows new greenery to grow, is the same way our grief waters new beginnings in our lives. However what do we do when the water gets stuck? Frozen? Not everyone can cry with ease. Not everyone was allowed to feel safe doing so. As a result, we may not cry until years later. Frozen water needs dethawing. What allows for dethawing? Deep presence, witnessing, & contact with our inner world—none of which is easily accessible when we are in survival mode & not in the practice of regularly living from this energy.

This is soo beautifullll ughhh!! Honestly I love to cry. It hurts so good😂. I hope that does not come off as toxic but I really feel that I recognize so much peace within me when I cry. I was crying so much the previous night. In realizing how i've been holding myself back and letting the shadow of insecurity tell me what my reality is. I feel so tender when I think of how much this shadow has reigned over me. Especially as a child. I really hated myself a lot. My body too. But not anymore. I won't allow it anymore. There has been a phase that I keep on repeating to myself and it's that "it's only natural". Our tears flowing when they do.

October has been asking me to release fear. To explore and sit longer with this void energy. I was crying so much and the way my chest feels so much lighter?! I was able to tap deeper into the messages I received while feeling and they help me move more gracefully through this physical realm. I've been feeling a sense of me scaring people away. Like they don't like me. And as much as that makes my heart sting; they're showing me that we are not aligned. I am in deep gratitude for it all. It makes me want to make more abstract art because this life feels so abstract sometimes for me😂
Fall: cultivating the conditions for release
Every leaf will fall eventually, each at its own pace. There may be certain areas in your life where you are thriving and other areas in your life that you feel are delayed. Nevertheless, you are still right on time. The leaves of a tree do not all change color at once. Some branches may be full of brown leaves, some branches may be full of red, some may even still be green while others are beginning to fall— it is the same regarding the different parts of yourself. You will not be ready across every area of your life for change all at once. Allow this fall season to be about cultivating the conditions necessary for release versus trying to force endings. The body cannot release, will not release, as long as it does not feel safe. So if you have been struggling to let go of something whether an identity, a habit, a story, a feeling, it’s because you have not cultivated an deep enough sense of safety within. Fall is the time to slow down, go inward, to reflect, to get silent, to understand what allows you to feel safe and nourished. Cycles do not close through force or even through intention, they close through alignment, through completion. Letting go is allowed to feel gentle. A natural ending when honored timely, feels soft. Like the only next course of action available. What if letting go could feel as soft as the way the leaf falls from the branch to the ground? I believe it can, if our sense of safety and trust is strong enough. The ground is from where the leaf originated from. The ground is what the leaf spent its entire life being supported by, uplifted by. So why would the leaf be afraid of simply returning home to it? Likewise, every time we let go, we are simply returning parts of us back to from where they came. There is no loss, only recycling, transmuting, alchemizing. Eventually the leaf and all of the lived experience & wisdom it gathered before falling off the branch, becomes one again with the soil and becomes food for the same tree to grow new leaves. This is integration. Nature doesn’t waste. Nor will any part of ourselves be wasted either.

Thank you for this message Asha🤎. I resonated so much with leaving timelines so full of fire; I recently moved and leaving felt graceful. My shoulders were not connected to my ears when I arrived to this new space I am currently in😂. I genuinely felt safe and I am learning to hone in on that internal feeling. My heart is full of gratitude because I can feel this safety within. Trusting every step I take🪷

@Jessi Diana So beautifully said🪷. You'll be received regardless of you not fully "knowing"🥹
What risk are you taking this week?
Drop it in the comments so we can keep you accountable 😊 #fromshadowtosuperpower Integration Station is in 3 days, think of this as our spiritual coworking session where we have a brief check in, then individually work on something of meaning to us for the hour. The intention is accountability and community. The meditation you keep putting off, the book you keep saying you want to read, the craft, the paperwork, the planning. Bring anything! 💗

A risk I am taking this week is to reach out and communicate to people more. To ask for help and to act more upon my intuition. I have recognized how I tend to avoid groups of people and communion in such a manner, but upon this realization I have slowly started implementing more outgoing gestures to those around me and I always feel so good doing so!
